Tanto el propietario, Stephan, como su amigo Raymond siempre están disponibles y ayudan con cualquier incidente que hayamos podido tener. 「Casa com localização agradável, mas a precisar de alguma manutenção. Anunciados 8 quartos com 7 WC, mas só estavam disponíveis 6 quartos e 4 WC. Nos quartos os roupeiros estão cheios de coisas dos proprietários e na cozinha muita da louça nos armários estava mal lavada para poder ser usada. Piscina e espaço exterior agradável, não fosse o cheiro a esgoto que se vai sentido naquela zona, provavelmente proveniente de uma fossa ou de uma caixa mal vedada. 」
