「We really enjoyed this unique property as we explored southern Illinois and western Kentucky. This house had everything we needed. Spacious bed, step-in shower, fast wi-fi, kitchen, and patio. It was close to the water and some shopping. The communication with the host was excellent. 」

The house was very spacious and clean. Property was immaculate. I could definitely see myself bringing my family back as well and staying at this place.」

「This cabin was just right for my husband and I. It had all that we needed to cook and enjoy a campfire. It is located on a property with several other cabins and a community area with cornhole and tether ball. Everything was clean. I would recommend to a couple who wanted neighbors and a sweet community to share the evening with.」

「Our stay was peaceful with our pets, however, we had an unexpected dog visitor (unleashed) who lunged and bit at my leashed pet. I am so very glad we followed the guidelines regarding pets for our stay as our dog could have been seriously injured by the unleashed dog.」

「Ive been down to Shawnee a few times for the New Year but this was our first stay (but hopefully not the last) at this great cabin. It was a great location - minutes from Garden of the Gods and close to our other favorite hikes in the Bell Springs area. The cabin itself was clean, with a nice kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms (with plenty of hot water) and bedrooms and fun stuff for the kiddos (my daughter loved the air hockey table). The hot tub was a real treat after a day of hiking in the cold....

「Me and my buddy stayed at this property for our annual Shawnee hike trip. The house was as described and only a short 1 minute drive from the Garden of the Gods outpost and only two miles from the Garden of the Gods entrance. We will definitely stay here again!」
