"Hello, It was a pleasure to stay at Prince Cabin,a warm, clean and cozy unit. It will be nice to have a snow shovel, we only find a small brush to use for snow removal. We come to a unpleasant situation on the morning of Jan 1st when somebody come over and cleared the snow from the stairs and front deck of the lodge, it throw the snow from the deck on top to my truck and right in front to the access stairs. The latest storm dropped about a feet of fresh snow and with the one come from the deck...

"This place is an excellent stay for the value. I don't think I've stayed in a hotel with this many amenities for so little money in a long time. The grounds are really pretty. Having said that, there are a few improvements to make it top-notch. The whole place smells like Pine-Sol or Fabulosa which I cannot stand. I wish hotels/restaurants/bars would clean with neutral smelling products. There are hardly any electrical plugs so you have to plug the coffee maker in in the bathroom. But the bed was comfy and the shower screaming hot and that goes a long way with me."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The room was beautiful, the property was well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our only disappointment was the check-in experience when we arrived a little early. We understood that check-in was not available until 3:00 p.m., but some of our questions about the property and room requests were met with very brief responses. We were hoping for a bit more hospitality and information about the amenities while we waited. Fortunately, our experience improved significantly at check-in. We were welcomed warmly, received a lovely room, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa, BBQ area, and lakefront setting were all great additions. Aside from the initial interaction, everyone we encountered was kind and accommodating. We loved our room and had a very enjoyable visit overall."

"Very clean, only one washcloth for 2 people for 2 nites. We had a hard time with the shower, no water pressure couldn’t get rinse d off properly . Also very slippery in the shower, slid once but grabbed the handle. We loved the outside amenities. The stream and pond were very relaxing and calming. Didn’t use the pool and spa but we walked through, very clean and appealing."

Lake Front Cabins

"Firstly Lakefront Cabins are not Lakefront nor are they cabins. It is set up more like a motel all connected rooms. That said the accommodations were clean and cute and comfortable. I just think it is very deceptive to allude that they are lakefront and actual cabins. Should be disclosed, since that is what I booked for."

"Great location and nice rooms. The only thing was never received any housekeeping in the 4 nights we were there. Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to have the trash taken out and fresh towels at least once. After being out all day we were too tired to hassle the front desk about it. If they only come upon request or on specific days it would’ve been nice to know."
