We knew when we booked the restaurant was under construction so that was not an issue. The room was large and spacious. The noise we read other reviews about was never an issue for us. Would stay again.

The room I had was large with a great view of the water. It had a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a small pod coffee maker. The king size bed and pillows were extremely comfy. I found the heater easy to use and was quite cozy for my stay! The staff I encountered were great! I even got a ride to work with a stop for coffee my first morning which wa so helpful for my situation!! I only wish I’d have been here during the busy season to try the restaurant! I highly recommend staying here.

The front looked a little beaten up, but don’t be deterred - it is just renovations on the restaurant and the rooms are very nice. There is noise from street traffic, but we still slept well. Front desk was very helpful in arranging our taxi to the airport. An easy 20-minute walk into downtown.

Property is in middle of renovating some of the other guest rooms, but that should not stop you from staying here. Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable!

I wish we knew that the restaurant was under renovation when we booked. But the location was nice… far enough away from the cruise ships… I do recommend a rental car if you are not on a cruise. Uber gets pricey.

Great location, recently remodeled. Room very clean & comfortable (could use luggage racks & hooks in the bathroom), staff friendly & helpful. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Parking available. Room with the harbor view was lovely, but you must not mind traffic noise.

The property has been recently updated, but the restaurant still under construction. It is a mile into downtown to find food in the meantime. No problem checking in early and checking out late. Waterfront room has a view of the harbor.

This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.
