"I love this hotel! It is so cute and classically Bavarian. We stayed on the top floor overlooking the front of the hotel. I felt very safe here. We came to Europe for a 2 week trip and stayed in 5 different beds - this one was by far the comfiest. Plus it was a super close walk to a bakery and fantastic Biergarten. We came by rental car and they had free parking available. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room and it was also perfect weather when we came so we slept...

"The staff upgraded us to a huge suite with a balcony and large veranda. The room was magnificent with a comfortable bed, and the most amazing views of Hohenschwangau!"

"Really nice property with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast was great. The only thing that was not mentioned (or misunderstood) at the time of reservation, was the additional cost for breakfast and parking. The site says "available" for both items. Many hotels that mention this way, actually include both in the reservation price. Here, these are extra unexpected charges. But the fact that this hotel is probably one of the ONLY ones in Europe that has Arctic-cold AC, makes up the difference. Recommended hotel, centrally located."

"We spent one night at this hotel after a long day of exploring from Innsbruck, through Garmish and into Fuessen. The rooms were nice and cute, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The layout of the building is strange, but nothing to cause any alarms or negative comments. One of the two rooms we received had a balcony, while the other had windows overlooking the inner square area, which included the restaurant below. Both were great! The staff were so polite and kind during check in and shared helpful information regarding parking, nearby restaurants and attractions. Speaking of restaurants, there are plenty of those nearby. One at the hotel, along with several within a two minute walk. The close proximity to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles was a definite bonus when choosing to book this hotel. Definitely recommend."

"Very seamless, parking on site with flat walk and a lift. Spa amenities looked great although we did not use. Breakfast was ok to start our days. Room could use an energy efficient mini fridge. Keeping a couple of cold drinks and cooling medications is a big plus for us. Location is great for sites in the area without traffic issues."
