「Everything was good except for the dog barking all night long both nights I stayed. Also very inconvenient not to have an extra key for house keeping and maintance purposes. They installed my heater at 10 at night just cause I had the key and I was out all day. When we met the owner during breakfast he was no willing to modify any suggestions we made or even be receptive to a future accommodations for a lg group. I will not stay there again 」

「La ubicación es 10 puntos. La suite me gustó mucho. Podrian evaluar tener aire acondicionado más adelante. El restaurante bien decorado y buena vista. Solo recomendaria tener más opciones en el restaurante. Fui con mi familia a tomar lonche y solo habian 2 o 3 piqueos. Además, sería bueno ver al personal identificado, con uniforme, por un tema de estandares. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo 100%.」

「The location is out of the way to walk to the city’s main plaza and the downtown, but is in a short ride to get to them. The Hotel is very close to the international university campus. Restaurants and stores are within a block walk but in an are not of interest to tourist. Personnel at the hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful with suggestions and eager to help.」
