- Newly Renovated 1950's home keeping with the Mid Century/Modern look for families to enjoy and entertain in. This 1800 Sq Ft, 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath (private outside shower is available) open floor plan with plenty of living and seating for everyone. Home is located at the end of the canal overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, where we have seen manatees, jacks, mullets etc.. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, many that you can walk to, Season's 52, Carmines, Angry Moon, Twisted Trunk to name a few. Shopping is everywhere, beautiful beaches are less then a mile away along with golf courses. Property owner lives in the area. No Smoking in home. Small dog considered.
The Home is bright and cheerful, yet warm. The walls are all painted white with the furniture adding color of yellow, teal and orange.
