Our stunning Jupiter home is brand new in 2022 and sure to entertain the whole family/group! With plenty of sleeping options, this home can accommodate up to 12 people and, of course, pets are welcome too!
We offer tons of amazing amenities including a huge heated pool, BBQ, covered patios with outdoor furniture, laundry, an indoor fireplace, and a separate game shed with a pool table! Enjoy your stay, whether you’re relaxing in the sun or in the pool, having fun.
The beautiful and modern farmhouse has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and occupies 1.25 acres of private, fully-fenced backyard space.
The main bedroom has two king size beds and an ensuite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds and share a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2 people, a day bed that sleeps 1, and a floor mattress in the game shed/loft that sleeps 1. There’s lots of closet space and we are fully stocked with linens, towels, and soaps. Please note that the game shed does not have a bathroom - anyone sleeping in there should be aware.
The living room is cozy and offers plenty of seating, cozy blankets, and a smart TV. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including an electric stove, cabinets stocked with spices and cooking essentials, and plenty of appliances. Guests can dine indoors, at our dining table that seats 8, or outside, under the covered patio!
The pool is heated and covered by netting to keep out the bugs! You can also find some pool toys to play with! Our fun game shed is in a separate building that also has seating, a pool table, and a loft sleeping space. The laundry is located inside the main house.

This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.
All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.
We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.
Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

1) Please respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and the pool must be used at your own risk. You will be charged a $400 draining fee if you put any soaps or powders in the pool. No jumping, diving, running, or rough play near the pool area. No glass in the pool.
4) Extra guests beyond 10 must be requested and will incur a $50 per person per night cost.
5) We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing and floodlight pointing at the driveway/gate/street. Cameras record per motion-activation and operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.
**The house runs on well water, we do have a filtration system. However, tap water is not suggested for drinking purposes.
