"There were only 3 things that we would change. Your parking lot was not salted or sanded and was very slippery. Two of the light bulbs in our room were burned out.when we tried to check out there was a sign at the desk saying she would be back in ten minutes. We and others waited for 21 minutes to check out"

"We love staying at this hotel when visiting Green Bay. The pool area is great with a splash area for kids and nicely sized pool and hot tub. Our kids love riding up the glass elevator. We had the best housekeeping I've ever experienced and came home to the beds nicely made with our kids' stuffies set up waiting for them, shoes organized, and things tidied. Front desk staff were so friendly and really kind to our kids. I was so impressed and we will definitely stay again. "

"The owners, Tom and Linda were exceptionally friendly and gave us pointers on some of the local hot spots. The house was beautiful and very well kept. We stayed in the Hong Kong room and had everything we needed and then some. The jacuzzi was great! The bed was very comfortable as well. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast that was delivered in a cute basket. Everything was fantastic! "
