“Big homely place with a great view of the Kerikeri inlet from the fantastic deck. Plenty of space inside and out, with a nice path down to a pagoda and jetty, perfect for sunny day fun and loungin. We had a great time staying in this little slice of Rangitane paradise, would love to return someday. ”

“Thanks for a wonderful stay. Super location, just a 5 minute walk into town and a perfect central base from which to explore the Bay of Islands. Brett's communication was fantastic throughout. We loved the house itself. It met all of our needs. Steep driveway but we found it easy enough to manage. Easiest way is to reverse into the driveway from the street, and use the garage buzzer to go all the way up into the garage. Highly recommend this property! ”

“We booked the Sunshine House for three generations to celebrate my Mum’s 65th birthday. It is a fabulous location, walking distance to Long Beach and Russell. The house is perfect for hosting a wide range of ages with multiple living zones and a number of bedrooms. Awesome views and indoor/outdoor living with a great deck. A full kitchen makes catering for babies, kids & adults easy and we liked being able to use the Weber BBQ. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We……

“Perfect summer holiday Northland getaway for three families with children. All the kids were downstairs and parents upstairs. Two kitchens was a bonus. Dave was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Had magical last night dinner picnic on the front lawn.”

“We spent around a week here. Was a great little spot! Location lovely deck with views ok the lake and town. Sleeps lots of people! Fully equipped with parking. Host took care of any requests we had. Would definitely recommend it! ”

“Enjoyed yesteryear charm. Excellent little touches. Be prepared to travel for Cafe's in Rawene. Great to walk the Kohukohu village up past the school to appreciate the wonderful old villas. Most were built in the 1800's. Best to purchase a concession card for ferry travel. Much cheaper.”
