“The manager was horrible, and the management overall was terrible. It felt like South Africa in the 1970s. No one was at the property when we arrived. There was no cell phone service, and after driving one kilometer inside the reserve, they still refused to give us the Wi-Fi password. The employees seemed afraid to call the manager, and when she finally arrived, she still did not provide the Wi-Fi access. After telling us she was going to get it from her office, she disappeared for three……

“Beautiful space with an incredibly kind staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The chambers are wonderfully designed, and spacious. Everything is well maintained, and the cooking is absolutely wonderful. If you can, definitely go full-board. The surrounding town and mangroves are beautiful, and all the lodge's activities are thoughtfully planned, authentic, and easy to coordinate. Am planning on returning as soon as possible. “The Sarahma Lodge is a little gem. The host Amy is very welcoming and a great cook, every meal was special. The setting on the banks of the lagoon is great. The rooms are simple, but clean and pleasant. And its great value, much better than the 'Ecolodge' next door!”

“Le descriptif de l'hôtel fait par Expédia est pour l'essentiel mensonger, nous sommes des clients fidèles, mais à présent la confiance est rompue. Sur la page de présentation il y a écrit "Exceptionnel", c'est loin d'être le cas, nous avons compris que personne d'Expédia ne se déplace sur place... Vous écrivez : parking en libre-service inclus, l'hôtel se trouve sur une île où pour y accéder il faut prendre une pirogue payante, 1/2h de trajet... “Très belle maison mais pas bien entretenue. Dernière journée on a presque du feux dans la maison. Problème avec électricité 🙄. Sans électricité (ventilateur) dormir dans cette chaleur .”
