Pretty nice spot for just about everything. Don Quijote and a big shopping mall a few minutes down the street. A lot of nice places to eat. Pretty decent view of Sakura-jima. A nice affordable price.

Courteous staff, lobby and restaurant were clean and tidy. The room was very small, toilet had broken components to it and there was at least one small cockroach that visited the bathroom one night.

The toilet is smelly and the noise of water-flow in water pipe is super annoying at the midnight. Yet, the staffs are super nice and helper, the location is convenient. All in one, i would recommend the hotel if the price is a good deal.
