No Central AC - Nicely remodeled Condo

While the building is a bit run down, the condo 602 was exactly as you see in the pictures. The only downside, there is no central AC so the family room / common area was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the local Vacasa team was able to drop off an additional fan. The only two rooms that have AC (window units) are the bedrooms. It was very nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. Great view of the ocean across the street. There was no tv in the guest room so for couples looking to wind down at night and watch some tv they can only do so in the primary /master bedroom or family room / common area. The pool was empty so when we utilized it we basically had it to ourselves. The beach across the street is within walking distance and was a nice beach but sometimes the tide was high so make sure to sit further back when laying out. We saw lots of turtles which was a lovely sight.

Great Location

Clean and spacious condo within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches, and a gym. Minutes to great surf spots and other amenities. Liked the designated parking spot (made car rides more efficient when returning).

Awesome views and nicely remodeled!

The views of this top floor condo are incredible - we spent hours sitting on the lanai every morning and night. The unit is really nicely remodeled with plenty of space. Lots of amenities nearby with Miso Phat Sushi and Dollie’s (incredible pizza) downstairs. Short walk across the street to the beach. S-turns beach has tons of turtles. It was nice to open the sliding door and have the cool breeze blow through the condo. Looking forward to coming back again!

Great location and the condo is newly renovated. Some basics like knives were missing. The apt had some critters and did not have AC in the main living space.
