Maui condo

Great place with a great view and the beach is sandy and super close to the condo. Lots of food walking distance.

Family vacation

More whale sightings than the tour!

Even though we were late in the season, we saw more whale spouts, fin slaps, and full body breaches every morning and afternoon from our balcony than we did on the boat tour. The condo is perfectly appointed and we would definitely return!

Maui vacation

Great stay. Location is right across street from beach were we saw turtles several times and even a couple monks seals sunning on the beach. Room was very well equipped, (we could have used a cookie sheet for use of grill but we managed with a pizza pan. Clean and comfortable room. Pool, hot tub and grills all good. Overall excellent property.

Excellent Condo

The view was absolutely amazing from condo 610, and the owners did a fantastic job at the interior design and furniture. I have saved this condo in my phone because it was the best condo that I have stayed in for all of my trips to Maui. So overall, excellent place with an excellent view and top shelf cleanliness.

Great value for the money. We had an ocean view. Only problem was it took three days to get an access pass to the pool. Hot tub and tennis courts

good property ok location

This was a good property with nice features and amenities. Location was not what I expected but was manageable for our stay. Ant problem in the kitchen was not fun but it was fairly minimal and we managed it without calling for assistance.

Best Kahana

Excellent place with everything one needs ! Great kitchen with all supplies. Granddaughter enjoyed the beach bucket toys. Need to toss a broken beach chair and mat . There are 3 other chairs and a couple of mats all good.lots of beach towels. We had our own snorkel gear however there is enough there for your use including kids! Fabulous sunsets , whale sightings from balcony !close to shops and so many great beaches! Highly recommend!!

All the comforts of home

Great place for families with lots of space and water toys. Kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. There was a leak upstairs and I let management know. The beach across the street is alright but there are plenty more to go explore up and down the coast. Overall it worked great for a family of 5, there are a few things that need fixing but what place doesn't have minor things to repair. Also I would lose the blue chairs. They look great but uncomfortable to sit on, get a loveseat, Eddie.

Another wonderful stay

We stay at Kahana Villas every time we visit Maui. We love the location and the condos feel like a second home. The pool is perfect for lounging and relaxing. The Sunset at the beach across the street is breathtaking, as is enjoying your morning coffee on the lanai. Only small disappointments during this stay was a barking dog in one of the homes behind our condo, and the discovery that our pool card didn’t work. We waited two days to get a replacement from property management. Also, check out time was 10am but housekeeping showed up at 9am and knocked on door twice wanting to come in to clean. Overall an excellent experience!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Good property with a few glitches

Most our experience was good except: the complex is huge and we arrived after dark, it was very hard to find the specific building and service representative did not know either when we called in. It would help if we have a complex building map. Fans in living room cannot seem to shut off. One of the rooms are actually balcony so that the noises like fan in living room transmitted to this bedroom freely. Coffee maker was not working. We put a sticker on it and hope it gets fixed.

In general, the condo is good and clean. It came with umbrella, towel and even surf boards. One of the rooms was converted from balcony, therefore there is no sound barrier between this room and living room. Coffee maker was not working. The fans in the living room could not be turned off, continuously making noise during the evening. The complex was pretty big, it was hard to find our specific building. We were surprised that the service representative did not know either, when we called in for helping with finding the building. It would help if we got a map for the building and instruction how to turn those fan off. We put a sticker on the coffee maker and hoped it would be fixed for the next tenant.

Leaky unit (2 leaks!)

Our reservation at the Kahana Villa was booked late October for an early January stay. We arrived on a 6 hr red-eye towing a new born and three young children arriving to a leaky unit. The master bedroom suite window was a known issue to the building manager that we had to contact at 2AM. We were advised that staff will be sent to our unit at 11am, where we waited, only to have discussions over the phone about our situation. The assistant general manager had a window on order that wasn't going to arrive for another 9 days. This leak was dripping enough to cause two large bubbles in the paint/drywall. The leak was right next to the bed and disturbingly wet enough for us to move onto the couch pull out. Sleeping next to splashing water is a recipe for respiratory concerns and we cant help, but wonder if this remodeling/renovation was due to possible mould. We were offered a 25% (calculated as per policy) of our stay as reservations was unable to relocate us. Unfortunately, we were unable to find another accommodation with such short notice. The situation was deflected on weather which was out of anyone's control, however, having the staff aware of this leak puts us in a uneasy state. Two nights later another leak appeared in the other room. All trust for this unit and property management is to be questioned. Hawaii is my sister's favorite spot, but this most definitely affected my first Hawaii experience. Over all, communication was very poor. Questions about booking were not addressed in a timely manner and sometimes even ignored. All this resulted in a disappointing stay. We will not be rebooking.

Maui Vacation

The Villa was wonderful. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There was even coffee and a gift of chocolate covered macadamia nuts waiting for us. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly. The cooler, beach chairs and camp chairs were great to take with on our adventures. The pool and hot tub area was very nice on a cooler day. The pictures shown are accurate and up to date. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Lovely view and great amenities

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The deck has a beautiful view of the ocean, where we enjoyed morning coffee and sunsets! The condo was well equipped with a stocked kitchen and all the beach gear you could need. Definitely a great stay for the whole family.

2022 Maui Girlz Trip

This condo unit was absolutely perfect! The location is perfect being close by to shops and several nice beaches within walking & in short driving distance. The condo had everything you could think of for an enjoyable stay for families. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable more than expected. As a travel agent, I would highly recommend booking for clients who travel to Maui and I would absolutely want to book again for myself and family. My best girlfriends & I had a wonderful first time trip to Maui and the condo was the icing on the cake. Beautiful! Mahalo 🏝️

Fantastic location

The condo complex was clean and in the perfect location. The pool was used a lot and busy at night but not loud. The condo itself was beautiful with all of the same amenities as home. We were really comfortable there and I would stay again!

Beautiful Maui Rental

We go to Maui yearly, and always stay at Kahana Villa. E610 is our absolute favorite rental. Always clean and well appointed. Beautiful views of the Maui sunrise and sunset from the Lanai. Comfortable furnishings make it feel like a second home to us. Well stocked, including beach gear. We recommend Kahana Villa E610 to everyone we know. Already planning our next trip!!

Great place!

Great location, great place! If you are older, keep in mind that the stairs are fairly steep and all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. But for us, this was perfect! Will return to this spot in the future.
