「Food ok Service average level 」

「It is fairly good. Room size is typical Japanese style. Room lighting is not enough, I think it needs to improve.」

「Fantastic experience and we got one of the best rooms in the hotel.」

「Many car parking space here. Remember to park at the car park near the main entrance. Staff are very nice and helpful. There is a supermarket downstairs.」

「The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). It is spacious, but it's on the second floor and faces the back of the building, so it gets no sunlight and remains very dark even during the day. The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.」

「Breakfast not friendly to people with allergies like milk allergy. No bottle water provided」

「Excellent service」

「We need to spend ¥2000 to store your luggage after your check out. Never happened in Japan before and they didn’t say it before when check-in.」

「Bit crowded esp for family of 5. Aircon leaked continuously flooding carpet of lounge. Good location though. Quiet. Very helpful hosts」
