Large modern home with mountain view

Enjoy your holiday at our peaceful, cosy, modern home over looking a reserve with mountain views. This hill property has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms along with 1 double & 1 single garage with internal access. This property is only 1 km from the center of town, Whale Watch & Dolphin Encounter. Linen is included however please note Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to clean the house and do the dishes before you leave and take all rubbish with you.

Good interaction with host Garden an absolute mess - certainly needs some weeding or sprayingnof all the long grass and weeds.Food left in fridge - one jar had mould in it.

poor cleaning, everything was left sticky. No bins for rubbish, expected to take own rubbish to the dump, no place i have stayed has even expected you to take the rubbish as its part of what you pay for. lots of old stuff left in the fridge. gas bottle didnt fit the bbq. heaters in bathrooms didnt work along with the heat pump. garage door didnt work. towels were folded and left for us damp. place was poorly maintained. very dispointed for the price you pay!

Great Place for Family

A large house with good size yard and nice outlook. It was ideal for our family group of 3 generations. Would be keen to book it again next time we do a family trip to Kaikoura.

Okay Bach, suitable for large families.

The house is suitable for a large group or multiple families sharing space. However the house does need an upgrade such as replacing torn curtain, change light bulbs etc. The host, Teri, is very responsive and easy to get in touch.

Great Location for families

Had a great stay, perfect for families and those with children. The view out to the mountains and reserve is fantastic. Having the playground nearby was an added bonus! Lots of off street parking and lots of space for the whole family. Children’s bedroom no longer has bunks and has a bed with trundler instead, so slightly different than pictured. Cleanliness could have been improved but overall good and would stay again
