Come enjoy island life while staying in our newly built, 600 sq. ft. upstairs suite. Beautifully furnished with a modern meets the beach flare that will have you feeling relaxed and pampered. Fully air conditioned.

View the Ko'olau mountains from the bedroom and the main living area. Gorgeous grey washed wood cabinets, glass and ceramic tile, and diamond white quartz countertops run throughout. The bedroom is appointed with a new king size pillow top bed, dark wood blinds, a 40" TV and split air conditioner. The kitchen is well equipped including a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, convection microwave and 2 induction hotplates. The living area has a large dining island, counter stools, sectional sofa and ottoman, another split air conditioner and 46" TV. Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer, BBQ grill, private patio with outdoor hot/cold shower, beach towels, chairs and umbrella, wheeled cooler and boogie boards.
Free wifi is also available.

Kailua Lani is located on the owners property with a private side entrance and on site parking. Located in Kailua Town on the windward side of Oahu, just a short walk to famous Kailua and Lanikai beaches. On the way to the beach stop by Kailua Beach Center for beach rentals such as kayaks, surfboards, Segways, kite boards and windsurfers. Pick up a plate lunch, slice of pizza or a shave ice there too. Go for a morning walk on the beach with a specialty coffee from Kailua's own Kalapawai market and deli. And don't miss Buzz's Steakhouse for lunch or dinner just around the corner.

You can also walk to the heart of Kailua Town where you will find bike rentals, surf and dive shops, local restaurants and markets such as Whole Foods and many unique island boutiques. Public swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses, parks, and hiking trails are all nearby.

Nice one bedroom excellent for longer stays

Very nice place, clean and comfortable, convenient to beaches and Kailua town. Stayed one month and felt a lot like local residents. Excellent shower and bed, well organized kitchen with the slight exception of having to use electric induction units to cook, no integrated range or cooktop. Great tropical breezes so very little need to use A/C. Quiet except for the occasional dog barking next door or birds chirping and fighting outside. Jean and Keith excellent hosts.

Just Brilliant

This is our second stay and we love it, it has everything you could want for a beach holiday at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It's modern, private and very comfortable. A very nice and comfortable unit with a downstairs private lanai complete with a gas grill. All you need beach supplies including a cooler & only an 8 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in the world. Close to shopping & restaurants. Owners are wonderful and made access to the unit a breeze.

Perfection!

We absolutely loved this rental! It is beautifully decorated and appointed. We could cook-in if we wanted. The beach is a short walk as is the bike trail. Shopping and grocery are walkable as well if you need to get your steps in. We rented a car to explore the island which made our stay flexible. The rental is located in a residential neighborhood so you don't have tons of noise late at night and is safe. The restaurants in Kailua are amazing and plentiful. Our hosts were super helpful and kind. Jean provided snacks for our arrival and lists of what to do on the island. She has impeccable taste. 10 stars!

My wife and I stayed here on our recent trip to Oahu and it was awesome! Perfect location for experiencing the island without being at a resort. Dream stay

The stay in this place was wonderful. For people who love to be at home and who really enjoy traveling, this was the ideal place because we really felt at home being in paradise. Heaven on Earth

I had the privilege of staying at Jean's place for 16 days and from the moment I arrived, it felt like home. Everything was perfect from the location to the check in process to the suite itself. Incredible Stay!

Staying at Jean and Keith’s property was absolutely breathtaking! The pictures definitely do not do it justice because the space was so much larger in person than I had anticipated. The space was so clean it felt like I was staying in my own home with the level of comfort that was provided. The property is literally a 10 minute walk from the beach in the neighborhood is so lovely and quiet. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and I hope to come back again one day!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable place in a great location. We had easy access to the beach, the nearby restaurants and breweries, and great hiking within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. Highly recommended!
