A perfect suite for temporary short term visitors

To our dear and faithful previous visitors and new vacationers
Please always remember we NEVER charge an owner host fee - everything you see is yours to use, eat - candy, snacks, coffee, all beach and snorkel equipment etc etc etc. enjoy and of course no cleaning fee.

Enter to the panoramic view of the ocean in a gated community to your single story home with private entry to your suite.

You will have a comfortable king size bed, 2 side tables, TV, AC, WiFi, private bath
with shower and oval tube, double sinks with full length mirror. Coffee bar, microwave
mini fridge with a small freezer, kuerig coffee pot, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, water, candy and other treats.
You will also be provided all bath products, plus beach towels, umbrella, mats, chairs snorkel gear, and Big Island Reveal book to tell facts about where to go and what's best.- also all pamphlets and magazines about restaurants and big island adventures.

You'll be happy with your choice of staying in this beautiful suite whether its 2 nights or 2 months. If you plan on staying long term please check with the owner for laundry facilities available during certain days (Plus special rates for terms longer than 2 weeks)

This property is located approximately one quarter of a mile from ocean access, 3 miles from Kona Village and 8 miles from the airport Farmers Markets, restaurant and shopping are close by. A book will be provided with all information you may be interested in - also all activities in a special Big Island Book will be available for your stay

Jennifer & her parents were very gracious meeting us & ensuring our stay in their lovely guest suite was not only pleasant but perfect too. The suite couldn’t have been more convenient or comfortable. They have thought of everything including cold water & tasty treats to welcome us. They allowed use of their beautiful pool which had several outdoor seating areas for eating al fresco or just relaxing in their gardens. The suite was huge with everything one could ask for, a comfortable bed, large tv, very large bathroom, & a mini kitchenette. Oh, & a desk for those who can’t totally get away from it all. We did, however, & it was a perfect home away from home for us while exploring Kona. Mahalo Jen!

My wife really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful backyard. The bed was super comfortable with nice pillows. Some tasty snacks and drinks were provided. Acces to the room was very easy. Communication with the host was also great. Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Kona again.

This rental property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It is inside a gated community, providing a sense of safety. It has its own separate door but is attached to the host's main living quarter, providing both privacy and easy access to the host if necessary. The host family are friendly. We could reach them via text messages and they responded fast. Parking is off-street and conveniently located in front of the rental property. Inside the property, the host provided everything we needed for our vacation, ranging from all sorts of beach gears to kitchen essentials (a fridge, a microwave, a small oven, and various utensils). Overall, we had a great experience with this rental property and would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect place to stay in Kona

Jen took amazing care of us! We had all the beach and scuba gear we could want! When I got a sea urchin spike in my foot jen brought me a tub and vinegar and latex gloves and tweezers! She even did a load of our laundry before we went to our next destination! The room was perfect and comfortable. We had fruit and snacks and coffee, and it was easy to communicate! Jen was there for all of our needs. We didn’t use the yard or pool because we were so busy running around, but the backyard looked like an amazing place to chill after a day of Kona adventures. Jen and her mother took amazing care of us. They were there for every question and need that popped up, and made us feel right at home. It felt like we had our own place in Kona. They were also extremely flexible as our plans moved around and let us check out late when we had a later flight. Overall an amazing experience, and better than a hotel!

Beautiful neighborhood

This getaway is in a beautiful private home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The hosts could not have been more hospitable, seeing to our every need and comfort. We were greeted with a delicious fruit plate, snacks, beverages, and all the beach and snorkeling gear to use in the local spots. It is quiet and private. A lovely stay in a very comfortable and spacious room.

Beautiful property, Fantastic hosts

The property had everything you need for a very comfortable stay, and then some!! All the extras such as snacks, drinks, beach gear, etc was great, and very much appreciated. The property is emaculate, quiet and the setting is beautiful . We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio, listening to the birds, and just relaxing before a busy day. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a top notch place to stay and relax.

Great location, awesome host.

The host couldn’t be sweeter! We had everything we could have needed for our island vacation. We loved that there was snorkel gear, a cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella, pool noodles, beach mats, snacks, a few drinks, coffee pods, paper plates, regular plates, coffee mugs, silverware and even books to help you decide what to do on the island as well! There is a small dorm fridge with freezer on tap, a microwave, a toaster oven and a Keurig to use. This setup worked fine for us. Not a full kitchen or space for meal prep which you would know if you read the description. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and the hosts were super quiet on their side of the house. They control the temperature but we were always comfortable. I’m sure you could just message the host if you needed it adjusted. You have your own entrance and can park right in front of the house which is nice. It’s in a gated, very nice neighborhood. There really isn’t a view of the ocean but that was ok since we were out and about all day. They have a gorgeous pool in the backyard that you can use but we just didn’t have time to use it! So busy getting our beach and snorkel time in! Quick drive to town, the beach, anywhere really. She let us have a late checkout on our last day because she didn’t have guests coming until the following day which was so nice of her! It gave us another day to spend at the ocean and come back and shower before we flew home.

Truly a hidden gem of a vacation rental. The owner was awesome because they always accommodated us on every level. Less than two miles from downtown Kona and very easy to navigate in and out of. We WILL use this property when we book our next Kona trip.

Perfect for a couple

This is a great place for a couple to stay! It is very clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is quite large and the towels super soft! The neighborhood is attractive and quiet. Marcy was such a gracious host! She was easy to communicate with and thought of everything! Knowing it was our anniversary, she even surprised us with wine and cupcakes! Only wish we had more time to spend to enjoy the beautiful pool!

Great house in quiet neighborhood

Excellent attention to details, snacks available at our arrival. Easy checking in process. The property is like a small botanical garden it was really special! The location is great at a small driving distance to many restaurants.
