The Keauhou Bay Beach Park is half a mile away, great for snorkeling! You'll be nearby the Keauhou Shopping center and just a quick car ride to downtown Kailua-Kona. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
The tropical living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional around a flat screen TV and access to the lanai. The spacious lanai offers luscious garden views and has a gas BBQ, great for outdoor cookouts! Enjoy grilling up burgers and cooking in the comfort of your own home. The kitchen comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more! When dinner's ready to be served, gather around the dining table for 6.

The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and has a spacious en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, great for the kids! The 2nd full bathroom is by the washer and dryer. Please keep in mind that the shower here is small.

Keauhou Punahele offers several other amenities to utilize during your visit on the Big Island. There is 1 assigned parking space. A large fenced in pool area is available for working on a golden tan. Lounge chairs and a hot tub surround this area. A shared BBQ station is perfect for a sunny day.

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Other Things to Note:
As of Monday, August 29th the pool area will be closed for 3-4 weeks for a total overhaul.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
