Relax on the deck with family or friends at this great location. Just meters from the beach and with access just 150 steps down the road our bach is a great base to enjoy all that Ahipara has to offer, or to just sit and enjoy the waves. With views north up 90 mile beach to the bluff and west to Shipwreck bay and around the reef to Mookie 2’s, this 1950’s bach is an ideal location for those who love surfing or fishing. She’s a do-up so expect comfort that’s a little rough around the edges.

The bach has 2 bedrooms in the house with queen beds plus futon couch that can be curtained off. There is also a single trundler bed and single mattress available.

In addition there is a sleep-out attached to the garage with a bunk with queen and single mattresses. The top bunk doesn't have a lot of head space so it is best suited to a child.

The property is fenced and has easily enough parking for 4 vehicles. There is a hot outdoor shower, perfect for when you get back from the beach.

Guests have access to the entire bach plus sleep-out. The front lawn is flat and suitable for a tent, should you wish to camp please ask, we will consider additional guests.

Shipwreck bay is a few minutes by car. Kaitaia is about 15 minutes drive. Cafe, dairy, takeaway and bottle shop 2 minutes away.
