- Modular house into 2 apartments. Lime pit foot for 4 people. The two upper floors for a maximum of 8 people. Commendable in full for 13 guests. Located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea the citadel and the village. Quiet and pleasant park. Elegant furnishing.Above ground swimming pool. Private bar only for holidaymakers, sun loungers, parasol, hammock. Large shaded park with relaxing corners for personal daydreams. 3 golfs at 20mn by car. 3 dogs live in the property in a shady special fence. The cats are free. For couples, small familly or party possibility of renting by floor. Rates are for a minimum of 4 people for the ground floor apartment and 8 people for the upper floors, maximum of 13 guests in the entire villa. Renting for only 2 people on request. We undertake to organize aperitifs and can shop for the day of arrival.The rates may be decreasing according to the period and duration of stay. We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance costs and premature return
