Excellent modern small hotel

Close to the pebble beach the hotel has its own pool which is ideal for families who want to chill out whilst watching the kids splash about.

Lovely hotel

Really nice small hotel. Nice service, good pool, great rooms, quiet location. Probably should hire a car if going for more than a few days but lovely hotel for a little break

Outstanding service, super clean bright room

A lovely, clean, bright and very spacious room with kitchenette and patio. Outstanding service from a staff of a family owned and operated hotel. Great breakfast with an option of having it in your room free of charge. The only issue was that the location was about 10 min outside Kalamata so getting in to the city centre required taxi service. Otherwise, a really fine option

A nice private small hotel

Service was friendly and efficient. The only inconvenience was that breakfast had to taken in the room or outside. No elevator to 2nd floor. Charming nevertheless.

Hotel is okay but area lacks charm

The hotel is quite nice. Staff were welcoming, the room was nicely furnished and clean. The area surrounding the pool was also quite nice and a good place to have breakfast. But the surrounding area (not a village, more of a beach strip) was rather run down and lacking in charm. My sister and I went out for dinner and there was no one else around. We had dinner in one of the 3 restaurants and there were no other diners anywhere. I am unlikely to return to the area but if I did I would stay in Kalamata itself.

Great Location, Very Satisfied With This Pick

Nice modern hotel in a great beach area with large rooms and nicely appointed with a little balcony. We had a view of the pool on the first floor which was nice. Check in was quick and pleasant. You get a sheet at check in to order your breakfast the next day and call the morning of and they will deliver it to either your room, by the pool or on the upper terrace. The choices are the usual ones but plentiful and very good. The beach is right across the street and they have beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge for you to use but there are not that many so get there early. We watched the sunset on the beach last night and it was beautiful. Lots of restaurants on that strip to,choose from although the hotel has this own little restaurant in the hotel or you can walk across the street and have a gorgeous view. Had their Mango Passion milkshake which was just okay. I think it was a nice choice for the money and would recommend it. They also sell olive oil, wine, pastas, etc in the lobby and are pretty reasonable.

Hotel correcto aunque alejado de Calamata 7 km que no son ningun problena si dispones de coche. El desayuno correcto aunque hay muchas opciones que estan incluidas en otros hoteles que aqui son de pago. Por ejemplo cafe expresso, capuccino, jamon o queso..

В этом отеле останавливаемся уже во второй раз на несколько ночей . Все нравится . 1. Отлично расположен , через дорогу от оборудованного пляжа 2. Отличный кондиционер, в жаркий август это - очень важно. 3. Хорошо работает WIFI и в отеле и на пляже . 4. Рядом - 5/6 отличных ресторанчиков для обеда и ужина . 5. Комната большая , 35 м , но довольно скромная . Но нас вполне устраивает .

Aimé: La chambre est immense, le lit aussi. La douche est excellente. Les terrasses sont belles et offrent de belles vues. L'hôtel fournit les serviettes de plage. Beaux restos au bord de l'eau à quelques mètres. Moins aimé: La vue panoramique est un peu exagérée: il y a vue sur le building d'à côté et sur la piscine. Pour voir la mer, il faut laisser la porte ouverte! Et à quoi sert la cuisinière si on n'a ni poelon, ni casserole?

The management knocks themselves out in an effort to make your stay pleasant. One of the managers even gave us a going away bottle of olive oil from his land. I would return here if I have the chance!

New confortable beach hotel and excelllent service

Martinia was a nice experience and well located for exploring the Peloponnes coastal area and the nice towns south of the hotel along the coast. Breakfast at high level next to the pool or by the beach. Really nice staff all through and good food at the beach restaurant.
