"We celebrated our honeymoon here! Condo was amazing, just like the pictures. Loved the view, balcony and kitchenette. Space was spacious as well, didn't seem cramped. Staff was very friendly, gave us wine, chocolates and marriage advice to celebrate. Only downside to us was the beach in front wasn't as wide as our last hotel in kannapali and there were quite a few flat rocks in the shallows with a drop off in the water so it wasn't ideal for swimming or lounging on the beach at this property. Although the daily turtles we saw eating the algae on the rocks were a bonus. We did a lot of exploring this trip so we weren't too upset about the beach. Still walkable so that was good."

"It was our family's first time in Maui, and staying at Napili Village was overall wonderful. The location of this spot is great - it's a 1-2 minute walk to the entrance of Napili Bay. There is a delicious coffee shop/cafe and gear rental place steps from the front desk. There's a small market a 5-minute drive away. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I think it's important to remember this is a simple accommodation. Everything is functional, but maybe could use a little sprucing. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Even so, the staff happily provided a huge stack of extra towels and pillows when we asked. We loved having a small kitchen and being steps from the pool. We would stay again and would recommend it to others!"

"Staff at front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the view from balcony and the use of pool area. Our washer/dryer was not working so we called and maintenance was in and out a few days. They were all very nice and professional. It would be nice if bed in bedroom was at least a queen. Our toddler slept with us which was not enough room for my husband and I so we took turns sleeping on pull out in living room. It would of been a nice touch to have housekeeping call and see if we needed anything. 7 days is a long time to not have housekeeping. I just washed our towels and swept up daily. It was a nice touch they provided dish soap and laundry soap. A swiffer or mop would be nice. Thank you for our stay."

"It does not have a fan like the listing said, it was however very nice. In room laundry and a full kitchen is excellent to have when staying regardless of having little ones or not. The two pools were very well upkept and nice to spend time in, two "hot" tubs as well, a kids less hot one and a regular adult hot tub. Beach Club restaurant on the property was decent, has great drinks with or without alcohol. I do think I may have been charged more at the property than Expedia listed though, I'll look into that and inquire if possible to have that adjusted. Have to pay for parking per day, was about $11 something a day, can park in the parking garage or anywhere in a parking spot. Shops and food trucks nearby also very nice experience. Beach was not as nice as when we stayed up the road last year at Royal Lahina, but maybe that's just the way it is this season. We did have an issue with cooling in our room and called twice about it hours apart and despite being promised someone would be up to check on it/us, nobody ever came. On the bright side we did eventually get the cooling working well enough, I do feel that could use some work though, the rooms rely on automated sensors to detect if the balcony doors are closed and perfectly lined up, but the sensors do NOT perfectly line up above the door when it's centered. The thermostat says it should say which sensor is the problem preventing cooling, however it said nothing and just wouldn't cool for a while despite running 24/7."

"Only 1.5 miles from the downtown area. Nice and quiet. The hammocks throughout the property make it even easier to unplug and relax. Will absolutely visit again once the restaurant opens again."
