“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royal Kalaw Hills Resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is excellent and the service was personal and everyone was very attentive. Chozin, who manages the resort was particularly helpful and I could always count on her to help me in many capacities. Her English skills are very good and she was able to help tremendously. “Arrived at the hotel and hotel staff mentioned that they do not have agreement with Expedia since 2019. I wonder why Expedia still list this hotel in the website. Fully paid for rooms and still awaiting reply on refund.”

“整個渡假村座落於茵萊湖邊，是一間很有質感且環境整潔優雅又富設計感的渡假村。 服務人員接待熱情，且安排我們5位大人入住405&406的連通villa，房間的擺設及設計都十分典雅舒適，床鋪枕頭都很舒服，一切都很美好。酒店有自己的碼頭，很方便，所以我們預定了船隻遊湖看夕陽，包船1.5小時，船家很好心的停在湖上讓我們欣賞完美的夕陽，實際上早已超過我們原本的包船時間，服務真的很棒！而茵萊湖的水上風景實在太迷人。酒店有無邊際游泳池面向美麗且遼闊的茵萊湖及遠方山景。晚餐直接在酒店的餐廳用餐廳，食物好吃氣氛很好，重點是服務生真的很細心，滿足我們一切所需，服務真的太好了，完全超出我們的期待！太美好的體驗，只停留一天實在太短了，我們一定會再回來的！ ”

“从蒲甘坐夜间大巴，凌晨6点左右到的茵莱湖，真心冷~刚巧酒店附近餐厅营业了，吃了一顿超美味的早餐（鸡肉蔬菜汤面+煎排骨），老板的厨艺好赞~随后快7点半到酒店想把行李先寄存了，等游玩回来再办入住~谁知老板说因为我订的房间正好空着，我可以直接入住~同时相识了2位本国小伙伴，一起租了条快船结伴玩了一天~酒店门前就是坐船的码头，一群船家会主动上前询问~早上8:00左右还会有一长队的小和尚经过，当地几家餐馆会提前准备好单人份的斋食逐一发给他们~哈哈哈~住店第二天是我的农历生日，早餐正好有个圆圆的煎饼，自己DIY了个创意蛋糕~出入后厨的叔叔还特意陪我聊了几句，很是愉快~”

“The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute……

“Très bon accueil avec un personnel agréable et souriant ! Propreté niquel, nous avions une chambre au 4eme étage avec petite vue sur le couché de soleil. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour nous (13€/nuit) Pour la laundry il y a dans la rue un service à 1500kyat par kg (à l'hôtel c'est plus cher car à l'article) ”

“It's a budget hotel, so everything is pretty basic, but importantly, everything works and is certainly comfortable enough. Staff were friendly and very helpful, even with limited English. Location is a bit outside the centre, but perfect for the (Fire) Balloon Festival being a 5-10 minute walk from the launcing site at Awayyar Fire Balloon Field.”
