Al check out ci hanno fatto portare i bagagli a mano , nonostante avessi chiesto la cortesia di farmeli portare alla reception non l ' hanno fatto... sono rimasta un pò delusa ... dalla seconda signora che c' era alla reception . 「From the time we dropped off the car and checked in to the end of our stay we could not have had a better time. Courteous and efficient check in. Large clean, modern room with great bathroom. Location is excellent as it is connected to mall and heaps of free undercover parking. Breakfast has great varieties and large dinning room with lots of morning light. All staff very friendly Be warned though hotel is very noisy due to the pub/clubs in the building, i was on 19th floor and could still hear the bass.
