房間的露台門及大窗被雪全封，似住黑房，似被封一段長時間，那些被埋的草已經發黑。窗邊及露台門邊又黑又霉。廁所板郁。整體格局似大陸的無星賓館。 其實，兩年前我住過此三星酒店，露台打開可以望山景/雪景；所以，再次光顧。誰之中伏。這酒店是四次冰島旅行最劣的一間。 大家要入住，有幸的話被安排另一邊房間，可能會新啲、乾淨啲、似回有星酒店！最緊要是Fosshótel 應該有啲質素保證，平常3星都似日本東橫inn;呢間不能夠

在这里看到了极光，酒店露台出去就是荒野，观测极光的极佳位置。就在1号公路旁边，导航快到了要慢点开，开过就麻烦了。设施挺全，早餐不错。第二天去斯卡夫特冰川徒步很近，大约20-30分钟车程。

酒店的保養很好，房間幹淨清潔，浴巾也很潔白值得表揚。酒店員工熱情禮貌，早上早餐也很不錯。唯一不滿意是提前幾個月預定的價格比入住前一個月查看的價錢還貴了。

飯店雖然在荒野中，但是非常的舒適，有五星級飯店的裝潢跟服務，裝潢的風格我很喜歡。 房間不大但是都有一個走出去的露台，我們春天來的，天氣剛好遇到下雨， 不然如果是夏天來住，應該可以看到很美的風景。 早餐也是很豐富，應有盡有，雖然國外都是冷食，但至少還是吃的蠻飽的！

下午4時入住 入房時即發現露台門打不開 通知接待處找了員工來看 說門鎖壞了打不開 我們便要求換房 但接待處說沒有空房了 員工便找了工具來修理 修理期間員工發出多種嘆氣聲 像等待我們說"算了吧"的樣子 但我們沒理會他 過了約二十分鐘後他說整不了幫我們換房 這是什麼情況呀 忽然又有房了 最後房是換了但也耗了一個小時 (他們不是沒空房 而是正等待可接受此門的客人) 此門非常重要 此酒店有極光叫醒服務 半夜三更看極光很方便的

Nice place and nice view! Fast check in and check out services! Great restaurant in the hotel, we had breakfast and dinner there! However, one thing was disappointed that the hotel didnt clean up the kettle in our room, there was residue of noodle inside the kettle, so disgusting!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which gives a very nice natural view. The building itself is very stylish. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Around half hour drive to Hofn.

Worst front desk service
The worst front desk service ever. The guy said breakfast was not included in my package. So customers had to provide and find out evidence by themselves under their very very bad WiFi environment. I think it’s hotel’s responsibility to make sure accommodations accuracy with hotels.com, not mine. The silliest part was they even didn’t check your room number when you had breakfast in their restaurant. In such case I don’t see why I should spend a lot of precious time finding out useless “evidence ”. The guy at front desk didn’t feel sorry or apologize as well.

Just for the location
The hotel was a popular choice for glacier tour because of its location. Before we visit Fosshotel Nupar we stayed one night in the Fosshotel Myvatn in couple days ago with great experience, so I have to say Nupar was much lower than my expectation. When I arrived the hotel I was excited because hotel has good look, nice public area and the view was great. However when we entering the room we consider we might entering another dimension through the door. The room was not fit for its look from the outside. All things in the room seems aged and especially the bathroom. The bathroom really not okay, it was clean but the the light was so dark and all plastics coloring yellow. No refrigerator in the room. A short stay for glacier tour was okay but not recommend for long stays. Unstable low speed Wifi - the front desk staff apologized for their weak WiFi, and it really unstable and slow.

It's a nice hotel and the design is trendy. Breakfast is good, especially the waffle machine. We had dinner there on one night. Food is good too. Staff are helpful. But wifi connection is bad, always got disconnected, it's like a isolate zone if u don't have your own data card.
