"I was forced to pay again at the time of check in by the receptionist, even if I paid the charges online. I paid twice for the same service. Absolutely bitter & terrible experience. Will never ever book any hotels through Expedia. Better improve yourself."

"Room was clean. TV worked. WiFi details were not shared during checkin. No fridge in room. Breakfast was crowded, warm, few items, less availability, plates were not available when asked, had to wait a long time! Toilet didn’t have tissues, I asked for it and someone brought it to room. "Not a good stay, staff was ok, bed had lot of hairs, cleaned after complaint, cockroach came from bathroom at night, property name was changed as the ownership got changed year back, no Wi-Fi as mentioned, over all an mid average stay for the cost"
