Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. “清潔で、まるで自宅のようにくつろぐことが出来ました。小さい子供が騒いでも気にしなくていいのが快適でした。エアコンもキレイで空調も良かったです。ベッドや布団も寝心地よく、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。2階に寝室が3部屋あるので小さい子供を早く寝せる事ができたり、旅の間も適度にプライバシーを保てるので親戚同士でも使いやすいと思いました。近くのスーパーは徒歩で簡単に往復できる距離で品揃えも良いです。子供の遊び場もありました。夕方まで英会話教室をされていましたが、夜は宿泊者だけですので特に気になりませんでした。管理人の方へ。予定より早く到着しましたが、メッセージのやり取りですぐに対応してくださり、大変助かりました。ありがとうございました！”

“It's in a very nice location near a canal and close to main local trains. The house is a very strange shape but works. Not suitable for more than 4 people given tiny place to sit.”

Best points:- the river is beautiful: lots of opportunities for carp spotting and scenic walks. - all basics are nearby (supermarket, convenience store etc...)- choice of two local train stations (Oji and Itabashi) to get into Tokyo city, plus a busThings to consider:- this isn't the 'hip' part of town, but is great for families. - trains are 15 min walk away,……
