Lookout cabin

1800 square foot cabin built in 2018 . Overlooks the valley of Kamiah Idaho.
Two bedrooms , the master suit has a king bed with a walk in closet
Second bedroom has a king sizebed and full size bathroom shared with the common area
Our cabin has a loft with two sets of bunk beds and a queen size bed with a stairway leading up to the loft. We have a complete kitchen equip with everything you will need to feed a big group and has a washer and dryer on site also.
Most of all we have a deck that is covered and has the best view of the Clearwater valley and the river winding thru

Fantastic Gathering Place!

Each year my friends and family have a get-together in the summer. We used to always meet in Montana near home for us, but now that we all live around the country we decided to take a gamble and drive to a new place and meet in the middle. We could not have been happier with our decision! This location is an amazing property with a gorgeous view, and very reasonably priced for what you get. The hosts were consistently communicative, even when we could not find the remote (haha). They kindly offered to drive one all the way up to us if we could not find it or an app that worked. There are plenty of amenities for comfort and for entertaining. The pool table was a huge bonus and provided a separate space for the night owls to not bother those that prefer to go to bed early. The entire place was thoughtfully stocked with the basics more than I have seen in any other similar rental location. The entire cabin was very clean and we had no complaints. Plenty of wildlife to see bring your binoculars. Just know that the road up to the cabin when you get near the top is one lane and steep, which worked for us and our vehicles but perhaps contact the host if you are unsure. Also the ticks were thick this year.There were seven of us in our group and we did not feel cramped at all. The cabin is very spacious and the high ceilings and layout was conducive to having community spaces and privacy. We should have taken more pictures, but will next time we return!!!

Family Reunion

We visited family in Kamiah, ID and chose this home for our family. Getting to is was surprising but so worth it when you get there. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need and the front porch is wonderful. Other family members came to visit and were blown away by the view and spaciousness of the property, even for those that live in Kamiah. They did not know this home existed. We highly recommend this home and the owners, who were so quick to respond to any questions.....10 stars all the way around!

Great family vacation

Not sure why no one reviews this rental. It is a beautiful house. Spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable too! The view of Kamiah is very nice. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings watching weather roll through. We also enjoyed bird watching. We saw a Cooper's hawk, Kestrels, Magpies and a pair of Lazuli buntings...blue head, orange belly, blue/black back feathers - gorgeous. The house is equipped with everything you might need. Kelly was very responsive to any questions and relayed information we needed. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.
