The manager is rude, dismisses concerns, doesn’t setup room cleaning unless asked. The facilities are in poor condition, very old, dusty, grimey and not welcoming. He said he’d give me a deal on my next stay and when time came to do it, he didn’t follow through.
Warm and safe with all the appliances and convieces i needed and more. I would stay there again however an irresponsible dog owner failed to clean up after their dog and i did step in dog poo while getting into my truck and that was infuriating.
Very run down. Both our rooms needed repairs. Was charged more when we checked out. The reason he gave us was that he changed one of our rooms so we were side by side. My room didn’t have microwave, but my friends did. After increasing our rate, he told us we were lucky
If you value cleanliness, peace and quiet, stay far away. It was out of a horror movie... Never again.... Yellow stains on sheets . No AC. Bugs everywhere. Sketchy place, very run down and dirty. Not well maintained at all.
Location was perfect for my needs - close to many eating/dining options. Easy to access from Hwy 1, which was perfect for my needs.
Host is friendly and courteous.
Room was clean; air conditioner worked great; no noisy partiers - I will definitely go back.
Was what I needed, a convenient place to sleep while passing through town

The floors in the washroom along the base boards could use a little more cleaning. The room could really use a little updating.

Poor condition
No bath fan 1/2 light bulbs not working bath door handle hanging by a screw old & outdated
The front staff was rude, charged me extra claiming the reservation was under a different name because i used my mothers m/c to hold the room, yet the email i recieved for confirmation was in my name.
I was then called at midnight from the same gentleman claiming we were "talki g to loud" and that if someone called him again with se complaint he would kick us out.
There for the rest of my stay was spent laying on the bed with tv turned down low, unable to catch up with Fiance that i hadnt seen in over 5months. Not to mention the room was dirty!! I do NOT reccomend this motel.

Basic but ok.
Clean and surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night. Basic but room was a fair size. Road Work crews were around but well behaved.
The receptionist was a nice gentleman. Once we paid and got the key, we went straight to the room. The coffee maker had not been changed since last user. Toilet door when you closed it (although it could not fully closed) was so filthy with dried material on the walls (blood, feces who knows?) the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, it was a dark green so a bit hard to see, the wall where the toilet paper was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy. The worst stay ever, the bed covers were dirty but the linen although you could see through were clean...too tired to complain....went to complain the next day but there was a note that said they did not open until 9am just to leave the key. Very disappointing stay! Never again! It is a shame as we go to Kamloops from time to time to visit relatives.

They checked us in even in the middle of the night. The motel values their customers. A very good place to stay!
