"Super friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Really cannot beat the price and what you're getting. Small grab & go breakfast provided and nespresso coffee machines in room. Walkable to many food establishments. Thanks! "

"Overall property quality and cleanliness were not up to my standards. Some examples the shower curtain was moldy, baseboards were extremely dirty, exterior maintenance was not well kept. Pool area smelled moldy and hot tub looked green. Bed sheets and mattress protectors barely covered the mattress. Shower towels were tiny and ripped. Our room did appear to have newer carpet and tile in the bathroom but the coffee table top was extremely damaged and needed to be discarded. Staff were nice but overall it appears the property is given as little attention as possible to keep costs down even though it was mid range price for Kamloops. "

"Pros: front desk staff were lovely, price was good, equipped with coffee maker/microwave and fridge, and the pool was great for a young child. Cons: the room was fairly rundown (they are currently under renovations but our room was older), the pool needs a deep clean and upgrades, the cleanliness of the room was not great (corners and edges of carpet showed dirt and debris) and stains on walls, and worst of all there were silverfish in the coffee bar area. The silverfish problem alone would give me pause in booking here again, not sure the pros outweigh the cons."

"Electric charger availability was not acceptable. With the popularity of electric vehicles having only one charger available on the premises is poor customer service. There were 3 cars in the electric vehicles parking area. We had to share 1 charger. There is a 4 hour limit notice but if the others guests do not follow the rules you cannot charge your car. Please consider increasing chargers."
