「This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. 「While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money.」

「Very clean. Well maintained property. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Felt quite safe. Lovely grounds. But the best of all was the staff. From the receptio there, to the room service, to the people in the dining room and kitchen- everyone was friendly and competent and helpful. Will stay again. 」
