In 2020 we had 2 luxury villas (Regal and Mistral) built on Schotsmanweg in Kamperland on the Veerse Meer.
Zeeland is the province of the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine. Villa Maroma Mistral is located on the north side of the Veerse Zee and is an ideal place for a holiday with entertainment for young and old.
Villa Maroma Mistral features 4 e-bikes, free Wi-Fi, a gas barbecue, an electric car charging station, a large flat-screen cable TV and a large terrace overlooking the Veerse Meer. There is artificial grass all around and there is a large trampoline. There are 3 parking spaces.
The Veerse Meer is 100 metres away. The North Sea beach is only 4 km away and you can get there in 10 minutes by bike.
Various water sports are just a short walk away. Activities in the area include sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing and diving.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with rain shower, a cozy spacious living room with open equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. In the utility room you will find the washer/dryer.
Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the terrace for a drink in the sun. Towels and bed linen are included. Let the photos on the website convince you.
Shops and supermarkets (Aldi and Albert Heijn) are within a short distance in the village.
The Veerse Meer is about 150m away on foot. the North Sea beach is 4 km away. Charming towns such as Middelburg, Veere, Goed and Domburg within 15 km.

Perfect vacation
We enjoyed our holiday. The house is centrally located and Kamperland is a nice place. The description is completely in line with what we found on site. It was clean and is having all modern things (eg wlan, ...) including the possibility to charge the car electrically.

Non respect de l annonce
Séjour à 6 en famille , le propriétaire nous contacte par mail et whatsapp . La première modification ( non précisée ds l annonce ) sera l heure de départ (10hau lieu de 11h ) puis le payement du BBC ( gaz et nettoyage ….. Le jour de départ , il envoie un mail précisant que les vélos sont payants ( 15 €/j /vélo) . Nous acceptons car nous n avions pas prévu de les prendre en voiture . Le lendemain nous recevons un autre mail disant qu il modifie le prix à 30 €/j/vélos qu il déduira de l avance payée de 150 euros . Là nous refusons ce changement en stipulant que sur abritel , il est marqué qu ils sont gratuits !! Il se justifie que nous ne louons que 5 jours et qu il sont gratuits à partir de 7 jours ! Rien n est stipulé sur abritel ! Donc méfiez vous des nombreux changements que le propriétaire se permet de faire comme il l entend … pour finir après notre mail sur le respect de ses engagements , il décide de les faire gratuitement …. Sinon maison conforme aux images , voisins très proches , frigo trop petit pour une famille de 6 .

Schöner Aufenthalt mit viel Spaß für Klein und Groß.
Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben ein ausgesprochen sauberes und modernes Ferienhaus vorgefunden, wo der Aufenthalt Spaß gemacht hat. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Der Strand selbst ist breit und sauber.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ideal für Familien und Paare
Ein sehr schönes, perfekt ausgestattetes Objekt in ansprechender Lage. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter. Die exzellente Küchenausstattung, zum Haus gehörende E-Bikes und die Grillmöglichkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ideal auch för Familien mit Kindern. Schöne Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Veerse Meer. Wir waren mit drei Kindern für ein langes Wochende dort.
