"We used a lot of the facilities here and all of them were excellent. We were picked up from the airport in a spacious clean car by a really friendly team, guest relations, especially Fafa were kind, patient and so helpful with any questions or requests. Our nearly 4 year old son tried out the kids club which was his first time ever going to one. He enjoyed it and we felt very comfortable leaving him in the care of the lovely women in there. The food in the restaurants we tried was good and the breakfast buffet was very good quality with a la carte options as well. Our room was beautiful and one of the best parts of our stay, they are spacious, really well thought out and the bed was so comfy. My only regret is we only booked 4 nights, would recommend this place to anyone. "

The level of politeness, genuine warmth, and attentiveness from every single member of staff made the entire stay feel incredibly personal and special. The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it easy to completely relax and switch off. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. "Easy check in great service to and from rooms . Pool crowded but no towels before 9am. Rooms spacious with good air con . Very clean hotel and staff excellent and professional. Food very good and checkout easy . Paradise in my opinion with fire show in the beach on Friday and Saturday . We did private beach dining £240 per couple but it was great . We were a bit on show but it was fine . Overall a great location and please do the excursions to the mangrove £33 each but we got to see at least 30 sea eagles on a feeding frenzy ! "

"Very comfortable and laid-back, modern hotel within easy walk (or complimentary buggy ride) to the beach. All staff friendly and helpful from arrival through to checkout. Modern, comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom/shower area and balcony overlooking pool and sea Infinity pool was a highlight and very popular. Availability of summers depended on time of day and generally quieter late afternoon. Gym was well equipped Food was consistently good from Nook restaurant. The girls serving of an evening were often kept very busy but always polite and apologetic for any delays in food or drinks. Breakfast selection was comprehensive although could do with some healthier cereal choices in the Western selection Really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again"
