"The property is clean and in good condition. Bed and pillows were super hard and the tv had 5 working channels. Lots of noise all night from the constant stream of loud motorcycles and cars driving past the property."

"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. Hopefully, there's improvement in the future. "

"Good location, 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Kuching waterfront and 5 minutes from Aeon Mall, thus easily accessible to most places. However, the hotel did not provide slippers for all 3 nights of our stay, saying that there is no stock and still waiting for a new supply!"

"Big space, nice bedroom , good interior, and has all the necessary needs for a family stay. However the coffee table at the living area needs attention as the edges are sharp and at safety risk."

"Check-in was very smooth. Nick was very responsive when we needed anything. There were 5 of us and only 2 keys so need to coordinate when you go out. Key was needed to use the elevator. Lots of space. Mall has food court and restaurants. Did not use parking facilities. Used Grab and convenient pickup and drop off. I would stay here again. Did not use kitchen other than the fridge. Super nice to have a filtered drinking machine. Did laundry and dried on clothes rack. Lots of room. Need...

"I have travelled to Kuching many times and stayed at various hotels in this lovely city. I decided to try the the Ranee Suites on a whim. I did not regret that decision. The most stellar part of my visit was the staff. Very polite, well informed and highly responsive! I needed to extend my stay by half a day and although my room was not available, they got me a room and moved my bags in a jiffy. The room I had was huge! It was clean and very comfortable. The lighting was perhaps a little low but it was adequate. There is a need for more electrical outlets as there was only one available which had to be shared with the kettle. An outlet with a USB port next to the bedside works have been handy and perhaps the hotel can consider adding this at sometime. The room came with breakfast which was passable. Choices were quite limited. At the time I had breakfast, 8:30am, the restaurant was not crowded but service was slow. Only 2 staff were present and they were struggling to keep up with all the duties they had. The hotel is very well located right on the Kuching waterfront and is in easy walking distance of many attractions. Overall a really pleasant stay and this has become my favourite hotel in Kuching. "
