True Paradise

From the beginning (the day of booking the property) until the very end, Bret was an incredible host. He reached out multiple times to give suggestions for the area before we arrived and was always available if we needed anything (which we didn’t :) The property itself was impeccable and the view was unbeatable; we enjoyed Bryce Canyon and the Narrows at Zion.. the house is a very manageable distance from both! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from booking, to the check in, to the amenities, and everything in between. Would highly recommend!! Hope to be back one day.

Amazing property

We (myself, my husband, two kids 14 & 11, and my mother) came out to UT knowing nothing. This home was in the perfect location for all the activities we'd planned. We used ROAM to book some tours and they're amazing as well. The home was perfect size for us and beautiful!! Kids loved the hammock in the back; husband loved the trail in the community. My only wish was that there were some beach towels. We swam in the pool, reservoir, and Lone Rock Beach so beach towels would've been useful.

Awesome home, awesome location

Perfect in every way. Immaculately clean. Gorgeous layout. Backyard was perfect to relax. We used backyard games owner left for use. Best part and don’t miss it…. We woke up every night around 2am to lay on the back lawn and look at stars. Stars come out earlier but better after midnight. We saw 5 shooting stars in our last night. Easy drive to lots of trails, Zion and Bryce. Don’t miss Kanarra falls hike. It was very cool. Stay here. You won’t regret it

Beautiful property & great hosts

We came to Kanab to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The house was perfect for a group of couples so we could all have a king or queen bed room. Perfect for hanging out with a beautiful yard with a view, nice amenities, hosts thought of a lot of extras. My friends & husband contacted the hosts and they decorated the house pre-arrival. They answered any questions we had and were happy to drop off items we had shipped to the office. Overall, just a really nice, easy experience! We would come back in a heartbeat! Location was nice for doing Zion and the closer hikes to Kanab such as the sand caves. A private pool would obviously be the best of the best, but having a community pool was great and not busy each time we went.
