This house was perfect for our family reunion of . It was very clean and the amenities were just as they said. The location is perfectly situated to visit several National parks, short hikes, and a cute little town. We had plenty enough room for everyone to spread out and come together. This house was perfect.

Great Home for Family Vacation

Beautiful home with great space for our family! The kids loved the pool, the theatre room and the large dining area was nice. It was a great place to gather for our family reunion. We love the Kanab área. The sunset was incredible! It’s a special place. I loved the huge pantry, extra fridge and we’ll equiped kitchen. The farm animals nearby were an added delight for our grandchildren. We hope to return. We even set up a pickleball court in the large drive way and played in the cool of the late afternoon. We had so much fun! If you come, don’t miss a visit to Moqui Cave north of town, Jacob Hamblin Park, and Brown Box Café. We loved early morning walks to Jackson Flats reservoir.

We brought a portable pickleball net and played in the driveway.

Belly of the Dragon is a fun short hike about a 20 minute drive north of Kanab.

A gem in Southern Utah

It was an excellent house that fit all of our needs.The pool and hot tub were a hit as was the play area with trampoline. Game rooms and theater room were a hit. There were several gathering spaces which were great. There were a few minor maintenance problems but overall our family of 26 loved it.

Great family spot!

What a great place to fit 22 family members all at one time. Roomy, loved amenities, very easy to communicate with house manager, and very close to State and national parks. Thanks for a wonderful fun place to stay.

Wonderful stay in Kanab

We had a large group (max numbers) for a family reunion and everyone loved the house. It started a little rocky as the upstairs AC was broken and half of the people were sleeping upstairs, but the owner was quick to send someone out to assess the situation. They couldn't fix the AC unit for two days, but they were able to get window units installed that night for all of the bedrooms which made a huge difference since temperatures were in the high 90s/low 100s during the day. The owner was really accommodating and great to work with through the AC issue and made us as comfortable as possible in the situation. We were grateful for his response. Everything else in the house was clean, orderly, and in great condition. If we are ever in the Kanab area again, we would definitely book this house.

Perfect Stay

A group of friends from around the US came together for a National park adventure. We were able to explore 3 national parks and several other places of interest during our stay. Upon our return to the house we had enough space and wonderful accommodations. PEREFCT!

Beautiful family property

We had a wonderful time in this home. The weather was unfortunately cold and windy during our stay, but we still had a great time in kanab because it was so much fun to just stay at the house. I would absolutely recommend this property. Beautiful, spacious, clean, and everything we needed.

Everything you could ask for

Every year our family comes together for Christmas. We cook, play games and watch movies. This year we hiked Bryce Canyon and a few other locatioms that were nearby. This home was very spacious for our large family, it had all of the accommodations we needed and more!

Beautiful property!

We had a large group of all ages and this house was absolutely perfect. There is so much to see and do in Kanab but we could have stayed at the house the entire time and been perfectly entertained. The kids loved playing in the backyard and the playroom upstairs.The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi, large kitchen, ping pong/pool, etc. I would highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back.

Family Vacation & Adventure

We booked our first family vacation with 12 adults to Kanab, UT. The stay was beautiful and in within 1 to 2 hour proximity to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the Grand Canyon. Our families were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the property amenities. Plenty of space in the main living room and basement. Would reccomend to families looking for the perfect get away vacation spot.

Perfect getaway house

We stayed here for a big family getaway and it was perfect!! The house had so many fun activities for everyone/all ages! It was so well stocked with everything we needed! It was close to all the hiking and other things we wanted to do!! But the house was so fun, we just wanted to stay there and hang out! Everyone asked if we could go back to this house next year! Fun for everyone

We came for a family trip. We had 28 guests and everyone had enough space to relax and be comfortable. King beds were fantastic. Kids enjoyed everything. It was beautiful inside and out. Our only frustration was we could never figure out the dishwasher! Lol would stay again in a heart beat.

Fun vacation home

We had a great time with our family. It's a great layout for large groups with several places to hang out, plus there were many things for kids to do and entertain themselves. We would definitely recommend this place and will consider renting again for future trips!

We are a group of UTV owners and visited for the amazing abundant scenery and trails to ride. The house was very well appointed and the furniture and beds very comfortable with room to be alone if needed. Many activities to keep the little ones busy.

Amazing Place, Great Location, Highly Recommend

We had 8 couples stay for 3 nights, we explored the mountain areas on our Side by Sides and went to the balloons and tunes festival. This place is great for large groups, we didn't use any of the items to entertain children, but there was plenty to do. Fully stocked and ready for entertaining a large group. Highly Recommended....
