The Space:

Discover southern Utah charm at Sequoia Homestead. Our beautiful 2BR/2BA home offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. From our spacious interior to the expansive backyard (including a pool!), there's always something to do. Plus, you're perfectly located to explore Zion National Park, Best Friends Animal Society and more. Added bonus: we're pet-friendly! Please note there is a $75 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home. We also ask that you monitor your pet at all times and clean up after your pet. Please understand and respect our policy, we appreciate your cooperation.



Our open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Make yourself at home in the living room with a plush recliner or the versatile sofa bed. Bedding and pillows are provided for the sofa bed.



The modern kitchen is well-appointed with ample counter space and high-end appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Appliances include a toaster, blender, Crock Pot, cookie sheets, pots and pans.



Bedroom one has a king bed and a large walk in closet, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



Bedroom two is just down the hall and features a queen bed. It's right across the hall from bathroom two, which is also a full bath featuring a walk-in shower and full-capacity washer & dryer (with complimentary detergent and fabric softener).



Stay productive with a dedicated workspace near the master bedroom and high-speed fiber internet throughout the home.



The yard is an oasis for both humans and pets. Plenty of parking, a grassy area, and a secure fenced yard for your furry friend are included. Right off the kitchen, you'll find a covered patio perfect for outdoor dining. Fire up the grill, gather around the picnic table, or cozy up by the fire pit.



The outdoor fun continues with a playground and a sparkling heated pool featuring a dive board. Relax poolside in our lounge chairs.



Enjoy our heated pool from approximately the end of May to mid-October. Weather conditions may affect pool availability. The pool is typically closed from around October 15 to the end of May.



Need a place to park your RV? We offer a spot with electric hookups for fee of $50 per night.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled on the outskirts of the tranquil Kanab Creek Ranchos, this home offers panoramic views of the mesmerizing red rock plateaus surrounding Kanab.



It's only a short drive from Ranchos Park, which has a playground and plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones!



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 (less than a mile away) which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



Again, we offer RV parking and a hookup. An RV fee of $50 per night will be added to your reservation if you would like to utilize this space.
