The Space
The Sunset Cabin was designed and furnished to make your vacation here in southern Utah relaxing and convenient. The 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms means everyone has their private space and the open concept living, dining and kitchen provides the perfect space to cook, entertain and enjoy time with each other.

Guest access
You will enjoy complete access to the Cabin and acres of wide open space. Sit on the porch with your favorite beverage or snack and splendor in the amazing sunsets for which the Cabin is so named. Your view will be framed by the Vermillion Cliffs of the Grand Escalante Staircase National Monument to the north and the Chocolate Cliffs to the south. Once the sun falls behind the cliffs to the west, you will be treated to a 360 degree sky full of stars and the entire Milky Way.

Neighborhood overview
Palomar Estates is a few minutes east of Kanab in wide open space south of the Vermillion Cliffs and north of the Chocolate Cliffs.

Getting around
Here, a car is required to access the many parks, sites and destinations that we have here in southern Utah. A high-clearance 4WD vehicle is recommended for off-road adventures to remote places in the Kaibab National Forest, Vermilion Cliffs or other wilderness areas.
