The Space:

Condor Cliffs is the perfect place to vacation, unwind, explore, or work remotely! Unwind in the quiet, peaceful surroundings of this permier community under the dark starry skies of southern Utah. Explore to your heart's content in nearby Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the Coral PInk Sand Dunes, multiple slot canyons, Horseshoe bend, Coyote Gulch, and much, much more! Working remotely is convenient with the professional workspace, which includes a desk with keyboard tray and three monitors where you can plug in your laptop or docking station, along with a comfortable office chair. You'll also have access to La Estancia's indoor & seasonal outdoor swimming pools, and hot tub, so matter how you spend your days, you can soak in the hot tub or relax in the pool.



Living Area - Open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows with amazing views, large sectional sofa, recliner, Smart TV.



Kitchen - Fully stocked, coffee maker, Keurig with complimentary pods, kitchen island with seating, dining table with seating for 8, access to back patio.



Master Suite - King bed, desk area with 3 monitors, ceiling fan, private access to back patio, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, hair dryer, vanity with double sinks, walk-in closet.



Guest Bedroom 1 - Located off living room, queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack.



Guest Bedroom 2 - King bed, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack.



Guest Bathroom - Vanity with single sink, tub/shower combination, hair dryer, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.



Laundry Room - Full capacity washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap, laundry sink.



Game Room - Located in garage, air hockey table, Ping Pong table.



Backyard - Covered patio with seating, BBQ grill, grass area, hammock.



Two-car garage, large driveway with lots of parking space.



Guest Access:

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your check-in.



Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May.



The Neighborhood:

The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, gym & recreation room.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.



Rules for La Estancia Community:

- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.

- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.



Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.



We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
