We had a nice stay. The staff and the Manager was very kindly to us. We had a great new year party in this resort. Our Kids, our Friends and we enjoyed our stay so much. We will come again

Very nice place, clean and welcoming. The staff were ok, just thought everything was a hardship for them, they’d rather get back on their phones. The only good member of staff was Giro.

Best hotel in Kalpitiya
Kalpitiya is still undeveloped and after spending 10 days looking around, I can say this is by far the best hotel in the area.
The hotel is on the beach, has a great pool, modern air conditioning in the rooms and is very clean. It's also perfectly situated by a lagoon if you want to kitesurf.
After speaking to the manager he is working on improving the food and service levels as some staff were slow due to a lack of English and experience. Don't let this put you off as changes were being implemented towards the end of our stay and there are some great local reataurants nearby.

Super Hotel mit potenzial nach oben
Schönes kleine Hotel an einem wunderschönem Strand, sehr schöner Pool und Gartenbereich. Hotelpersonal war uns sehr behilflich bei Ausflügen und Transfer. Die Kellner könnten aufmerksamer sein und die Esstische und das Besteck waren nicht immer sauber, da ist noch eine Menge Luft nach oben. Personen sonst sehr freundlich.

Solid 3 star in Kalpitya. The only hotel in the area currently in this class. Book on the hotel website however. The photos on Expedia are misleading, made it look like we booked a Cabana when we booked a junior room. Expedia also messed up sending the booking to the hotel so there was a lot of confusion about our stay in general.
