We are delighted to welcome you as our guests! The Kandakuliya Sunrise Beach Villas project is a new retreat on the northwest coast of the paradise island of Sri Lanka.
The village of Kandakuliya offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while a variety of activities in the area ensure you’ll never get bored.
We’ve poured our energy and love into this project, and we hope you’ll enjoy your stay with us, leaving with bright and pleasant memories to cherish.Our goal was to combine comfort and quality with eco-friendliness and nature. During construction, we used only natural materials, most of which were sourced locally on the island.
The project consists of two villas located on the front line of the Indian Ocean. The villas are connected by a spacious terrace and a large swimming pool.
Each villa is two stories high and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen-living room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.
A beautiful tropical garden surrounds the villas, creating an immersive experience in nature while offering privacy and relaxation.The terrace by the pool is perfect for morning workouts or evening dinners under the open sky. And yes, you can still see the stars here!
The villas also feature a gas grill that you are welcome to use yourself or request our assistance in preparing meals.
Our friendly villa staff will assist you with any questions and do everything to make you feel at home.

The Kalpitiya region is famous for its fresh seafood and fruits, so don’t miss the chance to enjoy natural, healthy food. We’ll be happy to guide you on where to buy them or arrange delivery for you.
