Lovely stay!

This was an absolute dream of a property and we had the best time. The amenities at the condo were great and we had everything we needed for cooking. 100% will be coming back!

Great Place to Stay!

Beautiful setting just steps away from the ocean and beach. The host was wonderful, low stress. The condo was nice at 808 square feet very well kept up. It was magical to sit on the lanai and watch and hear the waves on the beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and a convenience store to buy groceries and meals. There were many days we didn’t have to use our car. We would definitely use the same condo again in the future.

October stay

The view was very nice from our balcony, the kitchen was well supplied. There is no elevator and this unit in on the 3rd floor, so anyone with bad knees, be aware. the unit does not have a central A/C but instead a unit in the living room. There is multiple fans, however, the bedroom and bathroom still become very warm and stuffy. We had both the ceiling fan and floor fans going--all night.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is great. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Huge issue is poor AC. Unit gets very warm esp at night, difficult to cool bedroom for sleep. Difficult to contact rental staff on weekends, no response after multiple calls.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Kauai as usual but we had some issues with the condo. We were a bit disappointed in the air conditioning. We came into the unit with the air already on and 2 fans going to move the air around. The back bedroom was not getting any of the air conditioning until we moved another fan into the back room. The ceiling fans were going also. We were really disappointed in the condition of the carpet in the unit. There were stains in the entry, dining room, living room and the master bedroom. The exhaust fan / light over the range did not work. The icemaker in the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator handle was disgustingly dirty. The area rug on the lanai was moldy, and the chair cushions on the lanai were torn. It was not what we were expecting compared to the other units we have stayed in at Lae Nani.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite condoplex in Kapa'a. The grounds are beautiful, easy and direct beach access with laundry on-site. Our condo was nice, cable tv, and newer updates. This unit was closer to the main road and we did have a lot of road noise. The sound bar to the tv was easy to connect however, the cable/tv switched itself off, often. You would need to reboot, find your app/program and reconnect the sound bar. The unit is fully carpeted in the common areas, we didn't love that. The lanai storage closet had lots of toys to borrow, we added to with with nice pool floats. The kitchen was small but functioned well, it came with cooking tools, soap, trash bags, we added to the spice collection for the next guest. I think anyone would be happy to vacation there.

It was easy to book, we received clear reminders and directions, and checkin was seamless. The accommodation was clean, welcoming, and perfectly equipped. A full kitchen let us brew coffee every morning and cook meals when we wanted. Fabulous balcony view of ocean and laundry on property. Beautifully grounds and gardens, pool, bbq, and beach. 10/10

Only downside - The portable AC was loud and in the livingroom, needed fans in the bedroom, also loud. We did sleep, but if you're sensitive , may be an issue for you. Also, being an island destination, a couple of beach chairs and cooler wouldve been the icing on the cake.

Clean and modern, view wonderful- loved spending mornings on lanai listening to the waves. Complex is beautifully landscaped, quiet, and safe. Loved being able to walk to Coconut market place or Lava Lava Beach club for meals. Great location for exploring all the island. Bed comfy. Kitchen had everything. Closet on lanai had everything for the beach- chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc. Walked on walking path every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location, with easy access to the Coconut marketplace with great dining options and shops. The grounds of the complex were beautifully maintained. Easy access to the beach that was not busy and did not have a lot of "foot traffic" going through made it feel very secluded. The pool was wonderful as well. The property felt very safe and had everything we needed. The a/c unit is portable and noisy, so if that bothers you, then may want to consider other units.

Great location for an East side property. Unit was as described but needs a refresh. Living room is teakwood furniture but not super practical or comfortable for relaxing. If you enjoy watching TV in bed you should note this unit doesn’t have a TV in the bedroom. Great view of the ocean and convenient walk to restaurants and shopping.

We really wanted to explore the whole island and this was a great central location to do that. Both the north and south sides are a quick drive away. The pool is really big and the beach in front of the resort is actually really great. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was perfect for our honeymoon celebration. It was incredibly clean and has an absolutely amazing ocean view. Waking up every morning hearing the waves crashing on the beach was incredible. Even without air conditioning, the condo was still very pleasant and cool at night with the ocean breeze and fans in the condo. The location is perfect; plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We have basically no complaints and had an excellent time staying at Lae Nani 434!
