Excellent Location

The condo was in a perfect location to access the whole island. It also had everything we needed as well for the beach which was very helpful. Would def book here and the property manager Mark was so very nice and kept the property so nice.

Nice Place for Two!

This is a nice condo for two - the views great from the lanai for beautiful sunrises. There is a road behind the building but the ocean sounds drowned out street noise. We found the unit very spacious and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning but at this time of year - February - it was not needed. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful site to watch the ocean, surfers, occasional whale sightings and feral chickens just outside our floor level lanai. We have rented several Kauai units, but this one is the best!

Everything you need

Our condo was perfect. It had an absolutely beautiful and direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio with the sounds of the crashing waves. The condo itself was clean, updated where it counts (kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer) and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials as was the condo itself with towels and beach items (chairs, mats, etc). The condo’s location was perfect for exploring both the north and south shores, being no more than an hour’s drive in both directions. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. It seemed to be in the middle of anywhere we wanted to go. It was nice to listen to the ocean. The beach wasn't usable when we were there due to a recent flood but we went to other beaches. The pool is very nice and the temp was always perfect. Plenty of beach chairs by the pool and loved how close it was to the condo. The condo had plenty of anything you need for a stay. The bedroom closet even had an umbrella for the rainy days and we had lots of rainy days during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is some sort of clothes line that retracts on the deck. It would be nice for drying the wet suits. Would definitely stay at this unit again when we come back to Kauai

First Time on Kauai

Awesome place for my husband and I. The condo 108 looked like the photos. Not a brand new reno, but more recent. It was very clean. No A/C, but we never felt we needed it. There are extra fans for circulation. We are not super picky or pretentious, we just like clean and taken care of and we found that in this condo! We appreciate the fact updating on the islands is a pricey venture to say the least. You always hope people care for your things the way you would, but thats not always the case. The building itself is older, but soo well taken care of! The pool and grilling area was pretty pristine. All the units face the ocean. I will say we could never hear people talking in the other units, but the unit above us 208 seem to walk very heavy... maybe they had a child or children but it was not awesome before 6am. Literally it was my only gripe, and certainly no reflection on the Rental company or the Condo building itself. I was reading other peoples experiences on various sites and i was a bit concerned at first, but it was (to me) unfounded. I cannot comment on other units and their condition... just ours. The Kauai Vacation Rental folks were great! They left some swag which was nice! We actually had an issue with something and we contacted them and Gloria called back and everything was taken care of. Upon our departure they had a gentleman come in and fix the issue.Great Island, Great Aloha Sprit, Great Accommodations = A GREAT VACATION!! Would definitely come back!!

Bedroom window shares the walkway for other condos and with no AC the windows are open, which makes quite a bit of noise in the bedroom and not much privacy at all.

We had a lovely time and would highly recommend. The location is beautiful and easy to walk to a variety of restaurants as well as the coconut market. The unit itself is well provisioned. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing that was not perfect was the wifi connectivity. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need it, it’s not great. Also, know that the unit is NOT air conditioned. The bedroom is in the front of the unit, by the front door, so you’ll want to have the windows open to keep it cool…there’s a lot of light outside…so you may want to bring an eye mask! Overall this was a really lovely stay.

OUTSTANDING

The pictures don't give this location justice - it was more beautiful than we could have imagined! We had a truly wonderful time here and will absolutey stay here when we return to Kauai again!
