This Oceanfront is located closest to the ocean; an exceptionally well decorated 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo offers oceanfront living with the privacy of a home, literally steps to the Ocean.

The condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott's and Associates.

Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine mahogany, from Africa, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

The beds are Heavenly Beds, the brand most often requested by guests. The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with its own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower.

The Second Bedroom is one of only a few to have two extra long full size beds and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to 6 to 8 guests max.

Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Delightful family vacation!

This property was just as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, a lovely beach view, comfortable, and a great location to stay to get to any area of the island easily. The host responded immediately when we were having internet issues. The pool area and beach were pristine and easy to access and enjoy. My family all loved this trip and we’d choose to stay at Waipouli again!

Perfect location

This property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 kids. Our kids are all under 8 so it worked for us. The ground floor setup is ideal—expanding the area for play from the condo to all the grass area and then onto the beach. Our kids loved easy access to the pools and beach. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful stay at the Garden Isle

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. The beach was beautiful, the sunrises were spectacular, the location was perfect and the grounds were immaculate. We had everything we could have possibly needed with a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and even laundry. We would love to return in the near future!

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful peaceful resort

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Perhaps a bit short on storage. Location is amazing, with great beachfront views lanai. Peaceful area and nice resort with good restaurant. Nearby mall has good options even if you don't want to drive. Parking is included, btw. Overall an awesome place.

Listen. This property, this unit, this owner.. what an incredible stay we had. My husband, my sister, our 3 young children and I stayed here for 12 nights. Not only is this a prime location on Kauai, the unit has all the amenities of home. It didn’t take us but five minutes to be settled in thanks to the well appointed amenities. This was truly an unforgettable stay. Thank you!

Fantastic condo, completely equipped to cook all meals. Super clean throughout. Resort amenities were excellent. Kapaa is centrally located on Kauai making it easier to choose which direction to explore each day.

Great getaway spot!

We spent our first 3 days in Honolulu and then hopped over to Kauai for the rest of our vacation. The resort was beautiful, the room was spacious and felt very private. The pool was great and there were padded chairs available every day - without paying a fee! There were also frogs on the property that my kids enjoyed catching (and releasing). Lastly, we had dinner at Oasis and it was the best meal of our 10 day trip. Will definitely book again! Thank you Candace!

Would love to stay again!

We immensely enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, well-furnished, well-equipped, and is in one of the best locations within the Waipouli Beach Resort. Being at ground floor with sliding doors opening directly onto the southwest garden and just steps to the beach was most ideal for my family, giving us (especially my kids) space to roam free and soak in the amazing daytime surroundings, enjoy meals to the sound and sight of the ocean, watch sleeping seals on the sand, and even stargaze on the included beach chairs at night. Very short walks to the pool area (so, so cool!!) and to Oasis on the Beach restaurant (great place, wish it opened before 3pm), and just about everything else at the resort is easily accessible as well (side note: visit the frog pond by the lobby at night...fun to see and hear). Needless to say, the Waipouli Beach Resort itself is fantastic -- gorgeous, welcoming staff, well-kept, family-friendly, and is easy to venture by walk or bike. Last but not least, I valued the professionalism and hospitality of Candace, Cathy and team at Kauai Calls. Communication was stellar before and during my stay, both electronically and in written materials and instructions left in the condo. Check-in was effortless, and everything we needed for our stay was readily available. Also, the complimentary artisan dark chocolates were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
