Oceanview Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa H204 is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in coveted Oceanfront H building, the closest building to the ocean. This Exquisite Luxury Oceanview Condo offers stunning watercolor sunrises, whale watching and romantic dinners on the lanai with a panoramic view of the 2 acre lazy river, a fresh water pool complete with water slides, waterfalls, 3 sandy bottom hot tubs, a sandy bottom children's pool, with a beautiful tropical landscape all lit up at night with tiki torches!

Enjoy a special vacation surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, a king bed in the master bedroom suite, a queen bed (Simmons mattresses) in the 2nd master suite, a new queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, elegant bedding, linens and toweling, a fully equipped, ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: Sub-Zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf appliances designed by chefs with a passion, cabinets made of imported fine mahogany, from Africa, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine. The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to access to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Great family vaca. This was our third stay at the Waipouli Resort. We love the location and all the special fun activities. The kids loved the water slides and the lazy river waterfall!!

This property is amazing! Unit H204 has wonderful views of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony each morning as the sun came up over the ocean. The unit was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The full size washer and dryer was a bonus! Kapaa is centrally located and getting around to both the north side and south side of the island was easy. We definitely will stay here again! Mahalo!

Waipouli H204 is exactly as shown in the pictures. The views are breathtaking, condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed - loved it! The resort grounds are beautiful, and are kept perfect and clean. The pool and jacuzzis were a lot of fun too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return again. Thank you!

This is our second stay at Waipouli and it was just as blissful as the first! We enjoyed H204 immensely from the sunrises in the morning to the evenings on the balcony listening to the ocean waves. Kapaa is a perfect location in our opinion, right between Hanalei/Princeville and Poipu/Koloa. We enjoy all of Kauai, so this location is our favorite. With the Safeway across the street, it makes it easy to load up on groceries the day we arrive and be perfectly set up to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Kapaa itself has many cute shops and restaurant options. We especially enjoy Monico's, Java Kai and Olympic Cafe. For a nicer dinner, we really love Lava Lava and Duke's. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous condo with our family.

The room was as advertised! Clean, comfortable, and an amazing view. Has everything a family needs for a great stay on Kauai. We had some special requests for our 1.5 yr old and Candace was more than accommodating and very responsive to our unique needs. Will stay here again.

My family and I had a nice stay in this unit and at the resort. The layout of unit was perfect for our family. The unit had a nice view of the beach and sunrises, and was extremely well located within the complex. Communication with the property manager was great and check in and check out were extremely easy. The pool and hot tubs were really nice although the pool on the colder side which likely has more to do with the east side of the island being more windy. Although there is a restaurant on the property, it’s only open for dinner thus missing that next level of convenience. There are a lot of restaurant options walking or short driving distance away. Very convenient location to drive both north and south of the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in a prime location in the complex, near the pool and with an ocean view. Absolutely superb location. The condo was clean and had all amenities we could hope for. We enjoyed listening to the ocean at night and enjoying the balcony during the day. The condo is centrally located which made the drive to the southern and northern parts of Kauai very easy. Of note, some in our party had mobility issues and this condo with nearby elevator was perfectly suited to them. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Located next to many activities and restaurants so very walkable to many things from shopping to dining and of course the beach. Clean resort and very well upkept. Will be visiting again in the future. Also management was very responsive when had a minor issue with the AC but fixed within hours.

Waipouli Beach Resort is the place to stay! The resort itself is very nice and centrally located to all that Kauai has to offer. It has a great restaurant with amazing staff and food. Our condo was perfect for us and has a great view. It is stocked with what you need for a beach vacation. Candace was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and quick to reply to all of my emails. I will definitely stay at this resort again when we return to Kauai! Mahalo!

Loved our stay at this condo, had all we needed. Communication was great and Candace was very helpful and prompt. Pools were wonderful for kids of all ages and cleaned daily. Loved having Safeway across the street as well as restaurants nearby. Great location. Beach waves are rough for swimming but beautiful. Easy drive to other parts of the island.

Very nice week. The resort is very well maintained. The pool was nice and the water slides were fun. Only comment on the pool area, our room was facing the pool and people were still in the pool after 10:00 and loud. The condo was well maintained. The screens to both Lanai’s did not open well. The beds could use new pillows. All and all it is a very nice property.

Resort was great! Condo was exactly as pictured with pool and ocean views. Love that there are 2 master bedrooms. Perfect for traveling with another couple! The kitchen offered the basics, which worked for us because we mostly dine out on vacation. The unit was clean. Upon arrival the dryer was still going and then the house keepers showed back up about an hour later. They were very nice, put clean towels away and left. Upon departure we put a load of towels in to try and help the process. I believe that was the only check out instruction. It’s always a plus to have minimal to do. Very nice stay and I’d be happy to visit again. Thank you! P.S. There is a day spa onsite and I had an amazing massage there. Highly recommend!
