「I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at.」

「Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!」

「I chose the wrong check-in time and wanted to change it but no one was working」

「We had an amazing time here. We stayed for half a month & it was a fantastic time. They were so fast to respond to anything we needed or asked. A week into our stay the washer broke down. They had maintenance out within a day & a new washer just within a couple of days. They also got us extra towels in the meantime until we could do a load of towels! They were great about communicating overall. It was a great spot to stay, right by one of the pools, & by the ocean. We loved our stay!」

「Service was impeccable, they took care of our every need promptly and gracefully. Beautiful setting.」

「The villa exceeded our expectations. Very clean, fully stocked, all in working condition. We had no complaints. Thank you!」

「We've stayed in more than twenty condos across the Islands, and this one was the best ever! We highly recommend this gorgeous condo in paradise.」

「Beautiful unit that had everything we needed」

「Our family loved staying in this unit. It was spacious. The kids slept well on the sleeper bed. It was close to the beach and the pool. The condo came with beach gear that we used every day. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The two showers were very helpful; it was an all-around outstanding vacation condo, and we would love to come back sometime.」

「Very close access to beach.. Quite location. Pool across the street. Trash shed access a few yards away. Nice patio with peek-a-Bo view of ocean and waves. Kitchen nicely supplied. Great walking paths (miles of paths and roads along Ocean). Great Golf @Plantation with very nice Club House open to public. Secure feeling. Walking distance to Honolua Grocery store where prices were almost 40% less than Safeway and other grocery stores. Walking distance to Ritz and other restaurants serving really...

「Reason I continued to stay at Kapalua Ridge Villas is that they never disappoint. All rooms are always nicely decorated and clean with appliances working properly.」

「As a family of 15, we had a wonderful stay in Villas 14G4, 16G4, and 17G4. Each villa offered stunning views, was well-updated, and was stocked with all the essentials. The staff at the office was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.」

「Enjoy the views of the ocean ! Golf course and of course the lanai was big had breakfast lunch and dinner with amazing Maui sunsets ! The villa was great and had everything needed for our stay and the kitchen was great to cook in as well ! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning to book another with KBMResorts ! Mahalos」

「The Villas were great, had all the amenities and the staff were very helpful and responsive. We had some hiccups because we traveled as a larger group which I always expected. Staff accommodated and made our trip feel like a vacation as it should be. I only wish that our two units were next to each which I didn’t know till we got there. This made it very hard because we shopped for the groceries before getting there. We were never bothered by the staff the entire time, but were checked in with...
