This stunning one-bedroom/two-bathroom villa is the ultimate in plantation style elegance. Nestled within The Ridge at the world renowned Kapalua® Resort, this spacious villa provides guests with first-class accommodations and optimum ocean and coastal views that will surly take your breath away.



 



Located on what once was a pineapple plantation, Kapalua® offers its guests all the amenities and perks of a luxury resort, but, without the crowds. With the West Maui mountains as a backdrop, and, with award winning beaches, plus miles of sparkling coastline spanning the resort, Kapalua® is truly heaven on earth.



 



As soon as you open the door to your villa, you will experience a near sensory overload, composed of the beauty of the interior and the stunning vistas to be seen through each window. A large lanai is located just off the living room; it is the perfect space to enjoy the beauty this magical island has to offer. With a table and chairs that easily accommodate four, you may find that all your meals can be enjoyed outside in the open air. There is a large grass area adjacent to the lanai, which provides extra space for you and your guests. 



 



Some of the best views on Maui are to be found right from the comfort of your very own condo. Dramatic ocean and coastal views, as well of views of the island of Molokai fill the horizon. During whale season you will not believe the spectacular show that takes place right outside your window. This time of year, the ocean is filled with whales! There is no greater thrill than seeing these massive creatures jump clear out of the water, splashing with seeming delight as they enjoy Pacific Ocean. Make yourself a Mai Tai, take a seat on your private lanai and enjoy the show! It’s an experience you will never forget. 



 



The interior of this villa is just as impressive as the views it showcases. The villa is a “Gold Level Remodel” and provides guests with a truly luxurious living area.  Tile is featured in the living room, eating area and kitchen. The tile also extends to the bathroom just off the living room, and continues into the master bathroom. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV, sofa, chairs, coffee table and vaulted ceilings. 



 



The dining area features a beautiful table, large enough to seat four. Views from your dining table are enough to distract you from even the finest meal. The kitchen is located just behind the dining area; you will find it to be a chef’s dream! Vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets and all stainless steal appliances make this a kitchen where cooking is truly a delight. The kitchen is complete with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer/fridge. We know how important it is to have everything you need to cook when you are on vacation. It is so frustrating to begin a meal just to find you do not have everything you need to finish it. You will not find that problem here! We have made sure that the kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. However, if you find that you are in need of additional items, give us a call. We will be happy to oblige.



 



The bathrooms in this villa do not disappoint. Both offer our guests more than enough space and privacy. Off the living room you will find the first of two bathrooms. This beautiful bathroom features a shower, vanity with granite counter tops, toilet, large closet and washer and dryer. Next, the master bathroom feels as though your stepping into your own private spa oasis. The large soaking tub/shower is truly a dream. The bathroom features two vanities with granite counter tops and beautiful wood cabinets.



 



The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, AC, dresser drawers, and, a small lanai adjoining. The villa comfortably sleeps four. Futons are available upon request.. 



 



This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine. 



There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination.
