「Pool is beautiful 」

「Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap 」

「It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.」

「The hotel is just newly opened hence, Everything is new, modern and with very clean room and facilities. The pool is very good with relaxing sun beds along the length of the pool. The hotel resort is just 80 meters away from the beach that is covered with fine sands. A cozy cafe and resto is also in the building. The staff are equally very accomodating. 」

「24時間対応フロントとあったが、これはウソ。メガタワーというビルのなかのマンションの１室。ビルの守衛は部屋番号が分からないと入れない。ここで電話をすればよいのかもしれないがWiFiが使えないのでネットが開けない。連絡の電話番号はメモしておかなければならない。守衛ともめているとどこからともなくおばさんが現れ部屋番号を教えてくれて鍵をくれた。このおばさんと会えるのはこのときだけ。あとになってコンロの使い方を聞こうとしたら、もう家に帰ったので行けないといわれた。」

「The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...
