Discover this luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa on the 10th floor of the Beach Tower, offering stunning views of the lagoon pool and Ko Olina Resort.

- About the Ko Olina Resort -
Located on the second of Ko Olina’s four lagoons, the Beach Villas are part of the world-renowned Ko Olina Resort and Marina. Enjoy the scenic 1.5-mile walkway connecting the lagoons, passing iconic resorts like the Four Seasons, Disney Aulani, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The resort is also home to the Ko Olina Golf Course, host of the Lotte LPGA tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina, offering a variety of ocean activities. Whether you're a golfer, adventurer, or beach lover, there’s something for everyone.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with a deep tub, double sinks, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 3/4 bath just off the hallway, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) with a private bath.

Additional amenities include:
- Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room (maximum occupancy: 8 guests, children under 2 not included in the count)
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort
- Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms with cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi
-1,500 square feet of living space

- Resort Amenities -
Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking
**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. Family Reunion

Location & size of condo was perfect. Views from 10th floor were outstanding & sliding doors from living room to the large lanai made the living space seem twice as large. Kitchen was well equipped & having 3 bathrooms with 2 teenagers was very convenient. Pool area & grounds were well maintained & beautiful. Choice of 4 lagoons linked by the walking path was very convenient. Very happy with our stay.

We loved our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The property was clean and well stocked with all the dishes and cooking supplies you could want. The beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for multiple people to shower at once after time at the beach. The included beach toys and boogie boards were great. The pools and hot tubs were great and we loved being so close to the beach. The property has a large koi pond and they let people help feed them twice a day, which our kids loved. The retractable sun shade broke while we were there but the owner had repairmen out quickly and had it fixed the same day. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home base for Oahu trip

Clean, updated space with a beautiful view. Kids enjoyed the pool possibly more than anything else we did on the island, including the lagoon. Although nice, the lagoon didn’t capture their attention for very long - small waves and super soft sand. The unit was spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were all very comfortable. Had lots of towels both beach and regular. The kitchen was stocked with basics (salt, pepper, some spices and tin foil). All the cookware you’ll need to make/grill food. The lanai was a great place to sit and watch the waves in the morning and evening. Owners might consider replacing the wicker chairs as the arm rests seem to be worn over time and are quite sharp now. Did not take away from the view and enjoyment of the space. Building amenities are limited (pool and gym only). No on-site restaurant - but there are a few place nearby that are good for nights you don’t want to cook. Windows open but there are no screens. AC works well, showers are all nice. You Wont be disappointed in the amenities. We fully enjoyed our stay to Ko Olina.

Great property for sun and relaxation.

Easy as could be to rent this property. The cleanliness of the property was questionable at best. I travel and stay in approximately 150 hotel rooms a year for work and pleasure. The bathrooms were not very clean and the kitchen floor wasn’t either. On the second day I swept the floor and there was quite a bit of dirt under the couch too the floor around the kitchen counter shows that it has not been cleaned well for a while. I can send you pictures of the kitchen floor as well the master tub that was filthy and had a lot of hair in it. We never used it!
